great show and food - All was great, especially the love story, but the effects of the gun fights and the fire was awesome. Enjoyed the sack race too...will defiantly go to see this again, I highly recommend for everyone visiting Bronson to do this show, and the food was great, thank you cast and crew.

Great Show! - This has always been one of our favorite shows. It never gets old. My kids have seen this show since they were little tots. They are now in their upper teens and last night they were quoting the lines.

Wonderful show! - We bought the dinner with the outdoor show. We loved the show, it was top knot h. The only complaint I would have was the chicken was a little dry. It tasted great, and the rest of the meal was great. They could have taken the chicken off the smoker just a few minutes sooner. Would I do it again? Definitely YES!

Nice but .... - The food was good as was the performance during the dinner. The drama seemed a little long at times and a bit confusing. Fortunately we had horrible broken seats during the first half ... we moved during intermission and it was much better. I noticed that there were others that seemed broken. They either need to fix them or block them off so they aren't sold.

One unfriendly employee... - One unfriendly/rude employee influenced our whole experience at the meal. Our original tickets for the meal were in the middle of the second row. The lady at the ticket office was quite sure those seats would work. (I'm in a power wheelchair) When we entered the dining room, that lady was sure the original seats wouldn't work, so she moved our party of 5 to the back row. That was fine, but it did mean that we were the last to be served...again, no problem, but as soon as we were served, the workers began going through again collecting dirty dishes. We felt extremely rushed. After many people had exited, an older man came up to us, slapped his hand on the table a couple times and told us we needed to finish quickly and leave because they were getting ready for a second seating; no greeting, no apology, nothing. At that point, we left the remainder of the food on our plates and went outside. I'm partially paralyzed and need my husband's help in eating, so I know we're slower than most, but this was only 35-40 minutes after we were seated and even less than that from the time we got our food. The meal itself got mixed reviews from our group...the potato soup was very good, as was the coleslaw. But the BBQ meat was dry and quite tough. The baked beans & "cobbler" were somewhere in the middle. We went to the BBQ Bash & Outdoor Drama on a Tuesday night. Halfway through the performance, they were forced to cancel it because of a storm moving in...we used our raincheck to come back on Thursday night to watch the drama again. Every single worker both days was polite & friendly with the exception of the "bouncer" in the dining room. We would probably return for the drama, but the BBQ Bash was a disappointing experience that we wouldn't repeat.

Very uplifting. - Dinner was a little disappointing. Show was great with dinner. The dinner was a little off. We had BBQ , it was different from Texas BBQ.

Historic - The opening patriotic tribute was lovely. I didn't understand watching two men play a game of horseshoes. The children seemed to enjoy the sack races but should have been split by bigs and littles to give the babies a chance. We arrived early to walk the grounds and got turned around after our game of mini-golf. Signs guiding you back to the restaurant would have been helpful. This event is on a very steep hillside so if you have any mobility issues at all, I would not recommend it. The drama was OK and funny in parts. The meal was served efficiently, but tasted awful. There was almost an hour of standing around between the dinner show and the drama. The side door they exited us from the restaurant, came out below the shops area so I didn't see a reason for the standing around. There are no extras. If you want a paper fan, a program, or a bottle of water, you have to buy it. Tips were also encouraged at the dinner, so bring cash if you are so inclined to donate. The meal was not impressive. The rolls and canned beans were good, the potato soup had no seasoning and came off as flour paste with chunks of potatoes. The pulled chicken was dry and you added your own sauce from a condiments bottle as was the one pork rib. You had a choice of tea, sweet tea, lemonade or water and could go back up for a second one if you wanted it. We had enjoyable seat mates at both dinner and the drama that added to the evening. We have lived in the area for 9 years and this was the first time we attended the show. I don't see this as a repeat event for us.
