Time saver - Ideal if you have limited time to do two main trips from Bogota in one day (although it is a long day). Bonus was the terracotta house. Excellent tour guide and driver. Lunch was excellent as was the stop for a traditional Colombian breakfast (not included in the price)

Great town and amazing tour guides - Camila was such a great tour guide, we had so much fun with her, also got a bunch of interesting facts and insights about Villa de Leyva, the Cathedral and Colombia in general. We actually wanted to schedule another tour with her, because she was fantastic. Guillermo, the driver, was fun as well and provided guidance. They both made sure we had a great time and enjoyed every part of the tour as much as possible. Had to do some changes to the schedule, but all of it was worth it. Loved it! Cheers from Panama and Puerto Rico. ✨

Wonderful Boyacá, Indeed - We had a really lovely time on this day trip from Bogotá. We were eager to see some of the historic towns and the countryside surrounding Colombia's capital, and this option did not disappoint. Be forewarned that this is a long day trip, beginning at sunrise and extending to well after sunset. Lorena, our tour guide, and Miguel, our driver, were super kind and helpful to us at every step. They're working very hard at an over 12-hour day, and deserve high praise. ¡Muchas gracias, amigos!

Amazing way to visit many attractions! - My father and I wanted to go on a day trip including the Salt Cathedral with an english speaking guide. Lorena (the guide) & Vitelmo (the driver) were absolutely wonderful. Lorena was informative and engaging; she shared a lot about Colombian history (at the sites and during the drive) and we had a lot of fun chatting with her at the vineyard as well. Vitelmo was an excellent driver - he drove us through very scenic routes and got us to all the locations in a timely way. This trip is a great way to fit a bunch of sites into one day - highly recommended!

The best tour company to enjoy Colombia. - I really enjoy the tours. I always think that wen I travel is not only the place I visit is also the experience to know other people's. Our tour guides Cindy and Guillermo was the best. We was several hours in the bus and I really don't notice because Cindy and Guillermo was very friendly and professional and we talk with them during the meantime we was transport and the hours go fast the good company. Cindy very professional guide us and answer all the question during the tour and we really enjoy. She also take to us the best pictures. I highly recomend the tour but you need to take in consideration is a long trip.

Poor value for money - We visited some lovely country towns. However, we had booked a private tour with an English-speaking guide. We ended up in a tiny car with a tall driver who had her seat so far back we were squashed for the entire 13 hour tour. Although the trip started at 6am, we had to ask to stop for breakfast and were not offered water (supposed to be included) until 5.45pm. Lunch was below average. Neither the driver nor the tour guide wore masks while on the tour, nor did they offer to wear them when we did. The tour guide had very little local knowledge. Given the cost of the tour, it was very poor value.

Not up to expectations. - We very very disappointed with the arrangements of this tour. We booked a private vehicle for the two of us. We paid a premium for this and it was not worth it. The car was a small Renault and as the driver was tall, the back seat was very cramped as there was no leg room. My wife and I took turns to sit in that side with our legs squashed. As there was 9 hours of driving in the day it was not much fun. The English speaking guide didn’t know anything about where we were going. He simply spoke English so he could translate for the driver who actually knew the area. Finally neither the driver nor the tour guide wore masks. There were no protocols for Covid. We wore ours all day. Although water was included we were finally offered one bottle to share at 545 pm The tour itself is interesting and the towns in Boyaca are lovely and the salt cathedral is amazing. But given the price and 13.5 hours in a small car, we wouldn’t recommend it or this company.
