The tour will take you to the city’s most popular locations, including Bournemouth Pier, Sandbanks Beach, Old Poole Town and The Triangle.

- Bournemouth Pier: First tour departs at 10am. Last tour departs at 5pm

Enjoyed so much, would do it again! - Great tour of Bournemouth and Poole and easy to navigate stops and timings. Fab bus drivers and staff who were so helpful and happy!

Used this to get back and forth - no need for a taxi - We had the 48 hour tickets and it was great! The drivers were always professional and personable. We used the tickets to go back and forth to different places, allowing us to not need a car or taxi. We booked on line in advance so everything was very easy. Definitely recommend!

A trip worth the money. - We arrived in plenty of time. Found the stand near the pier easily to get our tickets. She was very helpful with information and leaflets. We then went to a nearby cafe as we were early.
The boarding point was easy to find and as it was during term time there not that many people initially queueing. We happened to be 1st in the queue of about 10 people by the time it came to boarding. Luckily the weather was kind so we were able to take a seat on the open top deck. The bus left promptly at the appointed time and music was playing on board. The commentary was informative and easy to hear. It continued around Bournemouth then headed out towards Sandbanks, (millionaires row) via Westbourne and Canford Cliffs, ending up in Poole harbour. From there it reversed the route returning to Where you started.
The trip was informative and well organised.
So to summarise. Arrive early. If you sit on top deck be aware of over-hanging trees, and simply sit back and enjoy.

Very enjoyable - We booked online and, on arrival, located the very helpful member of staff by the pier. We had our online booking converted into a paper ticket and walked the short distance to the bus. We sat at the back at the top and had a very enjoyable and informative hour and a half.
We stayed on for the whole tour and learnt a lot. Could have done without the music but the information was great.
A thoroughly enjoyable time and well recommended.

Brilliant Bus Tour - We arrived at the bus to be greeted by a lovely gentleman full of information and so helpful! We got our tickets and got on the bus.
It was a lovely trip all the way to Poole and back. The commentary was brilliant. I learnt so much about the area that I didn’t know before.
The driver was so kind. It took me a while to get down the stairs and he made me feel that there was no rush.

Amazing team - From one sightseeing office to another, the tour was amazing compared to other tours we have been on in other cities.
We were unsure of the ticket options, when the ticket seller at the pier helped us redeem our tickets and showed us where the bus stop is and when the next bus was.
We came back after lunch, and was greeted by the ticket seller and driver who were both lovely and amazing taking us around. Our first driver george was lovely and was happy to chat for a few minutes at poole discussing the tour. He was the best part of our tour, meeting others and having a great experience. Our second driver was just as great, I didn't grab a name but greeted us when we boarded and had seen our sightseeing badges where he chatted for a minute asking how our tour had been so far.
When disembarking at the pier, another ticket seller greeted us and we thanked everyone who helped and would recommend highly our your team.
We will definitely be back soon to go again around the route.

Very hard seats headphone system not in use so have difficulty in hearing Coventry as I have earing problem with other sounds in - Headphone system not in use hard to hear Comentry over engine noise.
Seats very hard and uncomfortable. Stickers on windows obstruct view

A great way to see the sights and travel, but need more information about the stops to get the most out of it. - We used the service on 03/09/023. We were staying in Bournemouth and wanted to see Poole and a few places on the way. The bus was on time, and comfortable and the commentary was interesting and informative. Unfortunately, as we didn't know the area, we could not keep up with our location on the map and missed the stops that we wanted to get off at. In the end, we only visited Poole. The stops are numbered and it would have been much better if, incorporated into the commentary, it would say "Press the bell to stop the bus now for bus sop (Number) to visit (place Name). We would then know when to get off to see the places we wanted to visit.

The bad attitude of the driver spoilt this tour - While on holiday In Bournemouth we were looking forward to learning more about area we were staying in so decided to book the hop on bus
Unfortunately the experience was spoilt by the bad attitude of Dave the driver. He was asked by passengers on several occasions to increase volume of commentary however, his response on each occasion was rude and sarcastic, resulting in us having to strain to hear above traffic noice. The elderly resigned themselves to not hearing
Dave’s bad attitude extended to other road users, pushing the bus through, not giving way. On one occasion necessitating five cars to reverse, who were not happy displaying their opinions with visual responses
We loved Bournemouth and would highly recommend however the attitude of one person spoilt what could have been an enjoyable tour

Don’t want our custom - My sons enjoyed regularly going on this route, however after being told today by the general manager that they are using the route too often and their drivers will be told not to speak to our sons anymore, We will no longer be using this route which is a shame as the drivers have been great and really friendly making our sons day by talking to them up until this point.
