Gorgeous and scenic drive through Colorado - My boyfriend and I were in Denver for a very short trip (2 days), and with an afternoon open with a lot to see, we came to TripAdvisor and saw the guided driving tour to take us into the state's history.
It was a beautiful tour, and the guide was very entertaining with the tidbits of trivia. We took the Loveland Pass detour, and while I was scared going up those turns at a high elevation, it was an amazing outcome with beautiful views.
I do suggest outlining the restroom stops on the tour because there are some stretches where there are no exits to take a break, especially on I-70 W.

Great Day Trip beautiful and fun - It was a fun drive my wife and I spent the whole day driving and stopping along the way for pictures. It was a fun drive in the winter the snow was amazing and so were the views. If you have time to take the Loveland Pass you should take it. The in car trivia is fun and I actually learned a lot.

Made the drive better - Listened to this on the way back from Vail. We enjoyed it, a bit different than a traditional tour guide but it was unique and fun. phone, but the audio was interesting. Overall we liked it and would recommend.

Great idea - At first everything started out great with the app pointing out landmarks and providing trivia but then we ran in to road closures and had to take detours into the mountains. We app wouldn’t work so we missed out in a lot of things. Not the app’s fault.

Not interesting. Voice is... - Not interesting. Voice is very monotone and not much said.
I like the concept but the final product just didn’t meet expectations.

Cool idea but doesn’t run smoothly - I had to delete and reinstall the app a handful of times to just get it to download properly (and I had full bars of LTE connection). Even after that the tour was glitchy, it would know where I was along the map but wouldn’t automatically start the narration. If I happened to miss the portion of the narration with directions I’d have been out of luck. Unfortunately, I was the only person in my car so I had to keep checking my phone to see where I was in the tour and narration then restart it if it didn’t automatically play…not ideal to have to futz with my phone while driving.
For only 5 dollars, it was ok but seemed to have glitches which I don’t think was operator error.
It’s a cool idea, I’d try it again in a few years.

When I opened my screen... - When I opened my screen en route in the mtns, the app was stuck, and would not do anything, not even close. But the tutorial somehow started and would not stop, even after i finally got the app closed. I had to RESTART my phone to stop the CLOSED app???
Bummer it didn't work!?! It would have been a new adventure in itself!!!

No tour that you paid for…. - If I could give negative stars, I would. We purchased this tour and the receipt said we would get an email with information on how to download the tour…. Never got the email, the fees were paid on our credit card just fine, can’t find the booking in My Bookings to attempt a refund. I get that it is an inexpensive option but we wanted to do something on a rainy day in the area before we had to leave… seriously irritated about this. AVOID THIS OPTION!!!

Worthless - I downloaded and began my trip from Boulder to Breckenridge. I got the introductory voice which made me conclude that I downloaded correctly. The introduction included the statement that I would be hearing the voices of the tour guides momentarily.
I drove all the way to Breckenridge without hearing a single word from the tour guides.
