Great for a Taste of the City - We only had one full day in Boston and wanted to make the most of it. So we booked a one day ticket on this tour. We had a couple things we knew we wanted to visit but other than those, we were completely open in terms of an itinerary. That's where it was great to go on this tour. Not only did we get transportation to these parts of town, but we also got funny, informative commentary of all of the major sites in Boston, while also finding new things to visit throughout our day. We had great guides throughout our day, but Crafty was a real stand out. He was hilarious and we wish we had him all day. We would definitely take the trolley again to explore more of the sights next time we're in Boston!

Nice time! - It was a fun experience. The sightseeing was lovely, and the tour guides narrated stories very well. It was a very cold and rainy day, so I didn't stop much. I rode with them all the way and back again

Great way to get around town and see the city! - We were visiting Boston for the first time and decided to get a one-day pass for the Hop On-Hop Off Trolley Tour to get an overview of the city and see the main attractions. We boarded and disembarked the trolley multiple times throughout the day and definitely feel that we received our money's worth. I want to give a special shoutout to our final trolley driver of the day, BEE, who picked us up from the USS Constitution stop for our final leg of the trip. She smiled at us as she pulled up to the stop, was very welcoming and engaging throughout the tour, and was also very professional in skillfully navigating late afternoon traffic congestion and dealing with other drivers who weren't respecting rules of the road. Thank you BEE for doing an outstanding job! I recommend the Hop On Hop Off trolley as a great way of seeing the city and getting around without the hassle of driving or arranging rideshares. They also provided a discount on other attractions, such as the Boston Tea Party Museum, which we visited the following day. One recommendation for the larger trolleys is to sit in the back half with the higher windows, if you can. These will provide the best view. The front half seats also provide a good view. The couple of rows in the middle "transition" area work best for those tall enough to easily see out the higher windows or short enough to easily see out the lower windows, due to the positioning of these rows of seats.

Great way to get the lay of the land for newcomers - It may have been me but I missed the details of how this tour worked. The trolly runs every 30 minutes at each stop with the last run leaving the Marriott at 4pm. Once I figured that out I was IN LOVE with this tour. Mr Wiley Coyote as our tour members called him was very knowledgeable and gave details you can never get visiting in your own. I will take this tour every time I visit Boston!

Boston Views - My wife and I opted for the tour because it promised a good view of the city. The tour guides were welcoming, fun, and open to questions. Being able to jump on and off the bus was fun, adding to the enjoyment of the tour. The bus was clean and maintained. The tour itself was informative and definitely worth the price. Additionally, utilizing the coupons and discounts from the trolley tours for other attractions around the city was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a great time.

Family Tour - I wish the window coverings were not so cloudy. Would have been nice for a clear view. Our driver, Big Wheel, was excellent and very informative.

Good tour and idea, but could use some enhancements. - Good tour and idea, but could use some enhancements. It would be nice if there was an app where you could see where the bus is and how long before it gets to each stop. We spent a lot of our day standing and waiting for the bus to come. Also, let people know the times of tours. We got to the Boston Tea party as our last stop only to find out we missed the last tour which was at 4:00. That would have been nice to know earlier in the day so we could plan accordingly. Tour guides all were great, buses were clean, loved the idea.
