Additional Information

Embark on an exclusive all-day adventure covering the must-see spots in Boston and Cambridge! You’ll take in iconic landmarks such as the historic Old North Church, Paul Revere’s residence, Faneuil Hall, the monumental Bunker Hill, and USS Constitution, among others. Indulge in the region’s academia with visits to Harvard and MIT, and soak in the ambience at locales such as Boston Common, Beacon Hill, Copley Square, and the Boston Public Library, plus many more surprises. While the tour is largely a vehicular journey, there would be optional breaks for quick 10-minute photography sessions! Revel in storytelling sessions about Boston’s eventful past, delving into the intricacies of the American Revolution, local gangster tales, and the city’s intriguing mix of religious ethos and notorious graft.

Around midday, the tour halts for a leisurely break, where you’re free to grab lunch or pick up souvenirs. You have the choice of dining at America’s oldest tavern, the oldest running restaurant, or an artisanal market packed with over 20 vendors serving a variety of food—from chowder and lobster rolls to doughnuts, coffee and ice cream.

  • Note that per Massachusetts state law: “All children riding in passenger motor vehicles must be in a federally approved child passenger restraint that is properly fastened and secured according to the manufacturer’s instructions until they are 8 years old OR over 57 inches tall.” We do not provide child seats, please bring age appropriate car seats for kids who do not meet these criteria. We will not be able to do the tour if you do not have child seats for everyone that needs one. A refund will not be issued the day of the tour due to lack of proper car seats. All children must be registered as separate tour guests.
  • Luggage - please note that the tour vehicle is a Toyota Sienna minivan. If you are planning to bring luggage on the tour, the vehicle will only be able to seat up to four guests. The back row of seating can be collapsed to fit 4-5 suitcases or smaller bags, but the minivan will not fit 6 passengers with more than one personal item each. If you have more than 4 guests with luggage on the day of the tour, and your guide determines upon arrival that the luggage and passengers can not all safely fit in the vehicle, the tour will be canceled without refund. For alternative options, please contact us directly before booking.

Best Tour 7 hr private - Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable even when my teenage boys , she kept their attention through the history part. We did the 7hr private Boston/ Cambridge tour. We even customized it a bit which was perfect for us. Couldn’t recommend it more . My 17 yr old and 20 yr loved it just as much as my husband and I

Awesome Tour - This was an absolutely amazing tour. Maria is awesome. We got to see so much and Maria gave us so much information about the history and even the geology of the area. Since my wife had recently gotten out of a boot we did a mostly riding tour and didn't really stop and get out at many places but Maria still made this the best tour we have ever been on.

Best of Boston! - This private tour is a 7 hour historical tour of Boston and Cambridge. Maria is an amazing guide, she took my niece, nephew and myself back to the facts and fun facts about the early years of the American revolution, started off in the North End’s Little Italy, had a taste of the famous Canoli, then followed the Freedom Trail that ended at Bunker Hil, passed by the rich neighborhood of Beacon Hill, had lunch of lobster roll and clam chowder at Faneuil Hall in downtown Boston. The rest of the afternoon was a visit to the prestigious Harvard Square/University and Kendall Square and MIT. And a last stop at Copley Square. My niece and nephew were in Boston for only a few days, this is the best tour that allowed them to see the BEST of Boston has to offer!

Senior Trip Tour - This is not a generic tour. Maria's knowledge of Boston and the history behind it was very impressive. She shared a lot of stories and made them personal and relatable to everyone in our group. We were grateful she was our guide and highly recommend her.

Dynamic Duo that Deliver! - Chris and Maria are rockstars! They take you to the hidden gems of Boston but the truth is that they are the hidden gems. They know all the best places to eat (ask them about the best sandwich in Boston, tucked away in a hidden alley), the best places to see & take selfies (we look mighty distinguished on those iconic steps of Harvard), the best places to avoid and the best routes to get there (no GPS needed with them). Our adventure would not have been the same without their guidance, leadership, knowledge, excitement and friendliness. 1,000/10 would recommend!
