Loved it! - I was visiting Boston from the UK for work but took an extra couple of days to explore. A colleague who is Boston born and bred suggested I do this tour - so glad I did! Anthony is so funny but also informative and offered a perfect blend of history and local flavor. It was a delightful way to explore the North End and I would highly recommend it to both visitors and locals alike!

Best Birthday gift!!! - Anthony was funny and very knowledgeable. He showed us all of the best places to eat. I was so full of food I forgot to purchase pastry's to bring home. I need to go back and get something to bring home for my family to try. I would definitely do this again!!!🙌🏼 Thank you Anthony!!!

Fantastic Tour - There is no substitute for a tour guide that lived through the history that he is giving a tour of. Anthony told us such interesting stories and made it funny and educational! The food was fantastic and we were absolutely stuffed by the end of the tour.

Anthony was awesome,... - Anthony was awesome, learned a ton and his storytelling was hilarious. The food was fantastic and we were so full. These are the REAL North End places that you'd never find without a true local.

Dont hesitate to book. - This was the best way to experience the North End. Anthony shares so much history and personal experiences. The places he chose for us were great. Some places, that as a tourist, I would never have tried on my own. Anthony was funny and knowable and kept the tour engaging. It was raining, windy and freezing and I still had the best time. Having visited Boston and all its touristy stuff at least 3 different times, this was by far one of my most fond experiences. Dont hesitate to book. Fyi all the portions were large (no sample sizes), this was so much food, do NOT eat before you attend this tour!!!!

If you only have time for one tour in Boston - Do this one! - Anthony "Flash" was fantastic and well known (or infamous). Great history, stories, and the best food. We also met a bunch of super nice people. Bring your sense of humor and your appetite - you will be satisfied, and then some!

Good food with a heavy side of rude ! - If you're looking for a tour guide that's rude, profane, late and talks constantly about themselves, this tour is a must. Some people describe it as 'local color'; others as unprofessional and humorless. Take your pick. You'll visit some interesting 'old school' spots to sample a bit of authentic North End flavors. You also get to bypass the long lines of fellow tourists in some places. You also will get "Flash's" family's financial history, a 20 minute recounting of the life of Whitey Bulger while standing under a scaffolding and blocking a sidewalk and you'll learn how Viator is a cheat and an organization you should not do business with because 'they're like the mob'. Different strokes for different folks. Happily this tour guide loves bad reviews !
