The tour guide was... - The tour guide was awesome! He explained a lot and answered our questions. The only complaint I have is that there was a lot of talking like we knew the basics of American History, but I was traveling with Venezuelans who knew nothing. I would either advertise that you should have a basic knowledge of American History, or expand the tour to explain more. I think it’s better to assume people don’t know rather than assuming they do.

Excellent Tour! - Fantastic tour with a very funny and engaging guide. He was very knowledgeable about Bostons history and spoke proudly of his hometown. He made everyone feel included and kept us all laughing. The tour was the perfect length, allowing us to take a break and have a snack at Fanueil Hall before we finished the Freedom Trail on our own.

Highly Recommended Tour - Our tour guide, Benjamin, was fantastic. He had a wealth of knowledge and a great sense of humor. An hour and a half was just the right amount of time for a tour, and afterwards, we followed the Freedom Trail to the North End for a wonderful Italian lunch!

i got scammed - I never was able to take the tour. They called to cancel but never refunded the money. while I understand that things happen and events get cancelled I feel it's very poor form to make the customer do the leg work of tracking down the refund. Super Poor. I am hoping the company will reach out to me and confirm the refund properly. I emailed them responding to the cancel notice and have heard noting. Seems pretty scammy to me at this point.
