A Real Taste of Boston - We enjoyed the whole experience. Dan, our guide, was witty yet very interesting. He tailored the tour to account for the unseasonably hot day. For seafoodies, this tour is special.

Great experience for gluttons and a great guide! - We booked the seafood tour at 8am, and by 11am we were at the Modern Pastry Shop with Dan and our fellow foodies. Dan was a great guide - knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful, and it was more like a conversation with someone who knew the city and all its culinary charms. As Brits, we also learned a lot about the history of the area (spoiler: the Brits beat the other Brits) and how Paul Revere benefited from some retrospective PR (not quite the hero that the poem implies). Our favourite food was the lobster roll at the White Bull Inn - opt for the roll with hot buttered lobster - though the cannoli from the Modern Pastry Shop was a close second. The Sail Loft is also worth going back to after you’ve had a cheeky clam chowder on the tour. A really satisfying morning, though you’ll need to do some extra walking to offset the calorie overload.

An April day in Boston. - Outstanding guide with a terrific sense of humor. Food was great - chowder, shrimp n raw oysters and finished with a lobster roll. It’s a food ‘tour’ with just enough of a history tour. Will do it again when family comes to visit - and ask for Dan to be the guide again.

Short trip to Boston - Worthwhile. Had a good time and gave my wife and I enough of a sample so that we can plan the remainder of our trip. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Sampling Boston seafood on great tour with Dan - We had an awesome tour with Dan, in spite of a rainy day which could have really “dampened” our experience! All of our samplings (clam chowder, shrimp/oysters and lobster roll) were delicious and venues where we ate them were fun/well-chosen. Got some great history lessons along the way. Pick up location was easy. Admin details were easy also. Highly recommend!

Meh. - Was not a big fan of this tour. It seemed very generic and geared towards tourists which I know sounds silly. It was just not our jam. Some of the food was in a mall where the guide got a kick back and the portions weren’t what we were expecting. The clam chowder was good. It was the most expensive experience we did and I definitely wouldn’t do it again.
