Embark on a cruise around Boston Harbor aboard the classic 1920s-style Yacht Northern Lights. Enjoy the comfort of the indoor grand salon or head to the top outdoor deck for expansive views of the Harbor. Noteworthy sights include stunning views of Boston’s skyline, Old North Church, Bunker Hill Monument, USS Cassin Young, and the USS Constitution, as well as Boston’s Harbor Islands. Don’t forget your camera! Refreshments and light snacks are available for purchase at the bar with a credit card.
- Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the departure time to check-in at the ticket booth and obtain boarding passes
- Bring a photo ID that matches the name listed on the reservation
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum drinking age is 21 years
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- There is a climate controlled main cabin with seating, a covered upper deck and an open bow
- Infant seats are available if given advance notice
- Only animals that perform a manual task to assist a person are permitted aboard. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

The boat departs from Rowes Wharf, directly behind the Boston Harbor Hotel, located at (for GPS) 400 Atlantic Avenue, Boston (02110). Check-in at Rowes Wharf is located in the Ferry Terminal, a climate controlled public space, located on the wharf only steps away from our dock. If guests are lost or running late, please call us at 617-951-2460.

Excellent - This Harbor tour was so relaxing and informative. I guess it's the size of the boat but it just glided on the water effortlessly. The Captain was great and narrated the tour very well. They have everything you could want on the boat to eat or drink. I highly recommend and would do it again.

Great Way to View Boston - It's a relaxing way to see the highlights of the Boston Harbor, including a view of the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill. Our boat captain did a fantastic job of briefly describing the various sites on the tour in a clear, interesting manner.

A beautiful sailing boat and a very tranquil trip. - Lovely boat and friendly crew. The weather was great and the trip
was very peaceful. There was a comfortable amount of people
on board and restrooms if we needed it. Drinks were available although we were not given prices. Thoroughly recommend.

Decent boat cruise - The narrator is a bit tuff to hear, because of the diesel engines. Though we sat inside at the rear of the boat. Decent beer selection on tap. I enjoyed the Pumpkin bier. Staff very friendly.

It was a nice ride but... - It was a nice ride but they were late boarding the boat and I had a disabled girl with me and no one offered to help her on/off the boat, very disappointing. She almost fell getting off the boat and the employee did not move at all to help her, literally stood there and watched.
