Amazing Experience with Paula!! - Paula was outstanding in every way! She was so knowledgeable about Italian food, culture and history and was also a spectacular storyteller. We couldn’t have found a better hostess (and guide) and we’ll definitely join her tour on our next visit to Boston!

Loved this North End visit! - Paula was a lovely hostess and we felt like her special guests. We ate lots of delicious food, learned lots about the history of the north end and we had a wonderful afternoon. I hadn't been to the north end (with the exception of the Boston (TD) Garden for many years and the ambiance and energy actually feels like a different country. Take her tour, it will be your best decision for a lovely day.

Amazing Food Tour By A Highly Knowledgeable Local Guide - Paula's Italian Experience food tour in Boston's North End was absolutely fantastic! Paula, a long-time local, brought the neighborhood to life with her deep understanding of its rich history, weaving in fascinating personal stories that made the experience truly special.
We sampled an incredible variety of authentic Italian foods, skipping the usual tourist traps for hidden gems that felt exclusive to our tour. The small, intimate group size made it easy to connect and enjoy the experience together.
At $100 per person, this tour is an amazing value. We left feeling completely full – not just from the delicious food, but also from the wealth of knowledge Paula shared. We highly recommend this tour for anyone seeking an authentic and memorable North End experience!

A MUST SEE. 3rd time on this tour! - Just went on my 3rd tour with Paula! When people ask for my recommendations for Boston, this tour is my top recommendation. Paula’s passion is evident through not only her knowledge about the history of the North End and of Italy, but most importantly about the people the North End and their livelihoods. Her respect for the North End and its preservation is inspiring! Our tour group all agreed that we could listen to her talk all day. Take my word for it: you need to plan your trip around this tour.

No regrets - If you’re ever in Boston and want to experience the North End (aka Little Italy) through the perfect blend of history and cuisine—do yourself a favor and book this food tour!
Paula is an incredible guide—an enthusiastic historian with a deep love for the North End, its rich stories, and its vibrant food scene. She brought the neighborhood to life with fascinating facts, local lore, and unforgettable bites from hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own.
We were so lucky to be the only two people who kept our reservation despite the rain, and honestly? It made the experience even more magical. Paula customized the tour to our pace and preferences, and it felt like we were exploring with a friend who knows everything about the area.
One unforgettable stop was Ristorante Saraceno, where we met Franco—the owner—who is an absolute joy to interact with. His warm hospitality, legendary food, and impeccable service made us feel right at home. Buon appetito, indeed!
I’ve done food tours in several cities, but this was hands down the best one yet. From the cozy mom-and-pop spots to the authentic flavors and stories, it was a feast for all the senses. You can genuinely feel Paula’s passion for this historic neighborhood and its people. Don’t miss it!
