Fun tour with a colonial guide - Adam was very knowledgeable in the history of Boston and the colonial era. We enjoyed interacting with him, asking questions and learning little bits of lesser known facts. He dressed for the part and made our tour very fun.

THIS is the tour you want!!! - What makes this tour stand out from the others? Simply put, authenticity, accuracy, wittiness, and the guide's enthusiasm to their craft. Adam and his historian colleagues utilize of their vast and intricate knowledge of Colonial Boston and 18th century society to paint an incredibly vivid picture while providing a fresh perspective on the American Revolutionary period. If there is a particular historical figure or topic you're interested in, Adam will provide you with plenty of opportunities to take a deep dive into those subjects to explore them in detail. Not to mention, Adam is a professionally trained 18th century tailor, so don't miss the opportunity to ask him about his attire, as he's painstakingly hand-sewn much of what he will be wearing on your tour. As a former Boston resident who has experienced practically every type of tour available in Boston, take my advice, this is the one tour you don't want to miss – even if you've done those "other" walking tours. Oh, have I mentioned the dad jokes? There will be plenty of dad jokes.

A detailed tour of downtown Boston history - Researched in detail and full of enthusiasm! Meandered around thr Freedom Trail, learned about the many cultures, ideas and beliefs that shaped early Boston and laughed at some good jokes. Plus there's a dog co-guiding!

Enlightening Experience - The guide we had was extremely knowledgeable. Not only was Sydney entertaining, but they also made sure to engage everyone in equal amounts and made sure everyone got a chance to share their thoughts and questions. Myself and my family really learned a lot. It was more than just your typical founding fathers' tour! We all walked away with another perspective of the founding of our country. Also, the tour was so engaging, the kids in our group didn't mind the walking and the teens didn't reach for their phones! Very impressive.
