Great one day bike rental in Boston - I rented a road bike from Urbanadventours for one day. They provide a very good service with high quality road bikes. My bike was in excellent condition and outfitted with all of the basic supplies you might take on a road ride (e.g., pump, spare tube, multi-tool, saddle bag). The staff was friendly and very accomodating. It was exactly the service I was looking for and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to do a self-guided tour of Boston and environs with a performance road bike.

Excellent staff, great service - Rented a road bike for 4 days to keep up my training while in town. The bike was comfortable and already prepared for my height, rode great. The staff was superlative - friendly, quick, and very accommodating. I've been using them for bike maintenance and rentals for years and have. never had a single issue.

Great Bike Rental and Service - I rented a bike for the day. Great bike - helmet, bike pump, flat kit, and lights included. Had a nice conversation about places to bike, and was given a map with several bike trails and places of interest. Friendly, professional, convenient and quick, and the bike was a sweet ride.

Best Bike Rental in Boston - I rented a fantastic gravel bike from Urban AdvenTours and rode a loop to Marblehead and back through the many woods along the way. They couldn’t have been more helpful. This is my second time renting a bike from them and this experience made my trip while waiting for my daughter to finish her classes for the day. Highly recommend UAT!

Great service and experience! - We had a great time cruising around Boston and the service in the shop was AMAZING. The team gave us some tips on where to cruise and we didn't have any issues locking up our bikes overnight.

Unfriendly - Good bikes. Good maps with clear tour instructions. Unfriendly business and personnel. Almost obligued to rent 24-hour…. As any minute overdue of a 2-hour rent will throw you right away to double the prive… When returning bikes, not an inmediate check-out with CC closure; “no sir; we need first to check your bike, which I will do in the next two hours”. “I will then close you CC, if all is OK”….. easier to return a rented car than a bike.

Do not make reservations with this company - Do not make reservations with this company. Our friend reserved 7 bikes for a group of friends. My wife ended up getting a concussion in the parking garage near here (low hanging concrete). They refused to refund the $60 for the 2 bikes for us even though our friends were still taking the other 5. So do not make reservations with this company. Even if you have a medical issue come up, they will pocket your money and rent the bikes to someone else.

Horrible Customer Service and Greedy Owner! - We purchased a Boston GoPass which includes free bike rentals. We called ahead of time to schedule our bike rentals and the lady told us to purchase the rentals with them and then show them our GoPasses when we got there and they would refund our money. When we arrived the two boys at the shop refused to give us a refund even after checking with the owner. They said their company policy is for customers with the GoPass to show up in hopes that bikes are available and not already rented out. We were simply doing what their employee told us to do and they would rather keep our money instead of do the right thing.

Charged for Parts We Didn't Break - Urban Adventours gave us a bike that was not in fit condition to ride. The hanger broke while we were riding and then they charged us for the faulty part. They also charged us for 2 extra parts that were not broken. Poor business scamming us for normal wear when it should have been inspected better beforehand.
