Traventuria ski fitting - Traventuria ski fitting The guy did an amazing job with our family. Really helpful and took his time making sure everything was correct! All equipment new and good quality.

High quality ski provider near to the slopes - We were first time skiers and Traventuria provided us with ski rental, ski lessons, storage each day, lift passes and a snowboard taster. The equipment was high quality (some of it new), the lessons were fantastic (thank you Oggy) and the snowboard taster was excellent as well. They were flexible in changing things around when needed and supportive in explaining to us all the different areas. Geographically they are near to all the main ski slopes - generally 2-10 minutes walk away (nursery slope c. 10 mins). We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and are really happy that we chose them for our first ski experience. Thank you.

Great ski hire - Best value at booking and very easy process from booking to collection. My skis were brand new too! Unwrapped as they were passed to me which was amazing. Definitely able to tell the difference compared to older ones that are not waxed well. It does get busy in there and hot but it was always manageable. Lockers are good value, not trying to rip you off either as they suggested 3 of us could fit in one locker (we could with good maneuvering). The space around lockers is tight but again if you're organised its easy to get in + out quickly enough. Location is also handy, only 5 min walk from the gondola. Would definitely hire from them again

Great Equipment Great location for Gondola. Great price online - We hired our children’s skis and boots here online via Aplinerentals. Skis and boots for 6 days £25 per set. Quick and easy showed booking ref no hard sell of upgrades or insurance. Not the most friendly staff but pleasant enough. Good standard of hire gear next year we will return and instead of taking our own adult skis and boots we too will be renting here again. Quality of skis and boots were very good had an issue with daughters boots no problem switched easy and fuss free.

Skis, boots, poles, locker and ski pass shop - This company was the ski hire and ski pass company used by our holiday company. At first it was a little painful as we had arrived in resort quite early in the day and our time for ski equipment was quite alot later in the day, which I knew but couldn't see it being an issue. However it was though for the life of me I can't see why. They would sort out our equipment when we first arrived if we paid an extra cost. This seemed quite poor and bad customer service. I should say that they did hold onto my boots that I had bought with me, rather than having to carry them around town to waste the necessary time. Once we got to the centre at our designated time our equipment was fitted, we paid for a heated locker that was operated using our lift passes which is a nice touch. Everything went well and especially for my partner who needed boots fitted they spent time to get them right. The skis, boots and poles were all great condition with no issues

Good service - Good quality equipment with speedy set up on the day we arrived. Staff spoke excellent English and explained the fitting process to my kids really well. Only negative was that I paid extra for higher quality / newer kit as I can ski well and this was not acknowledged (had exactly the same skis as my husband!) - not worth complaining about at the time as all kit was good quality. They were happy to accommodate a request to change an uncomfortable helmet mid week. I would use again and recommend to others. Kids also had lessons with Ogi, who was brilliant!

Wouldn't use again - Don't know why the reviews are so high unless it's because it was half term. Staff are pretty rude and more interested in sitting down and chatting to each other than helping customers. It's absolute bedlam in there, organising ski hire you don't get any help and it's so chaotic. It's about 5-7 min walk to slopes and the shop is also down steps, spend a nit more and go somewhere closer to the shops. If you have your own equipment you can store it at the end of the day for 5 lev at a lovely little place next to the ice angel restaurant bottom of the slopes.

Go elsewhere - The whole point on going on holiday and spending your hard earned money is to get away from the horrible people you have to be around everyday day. If I knew I was going to be surrounded by them here also I wouldn’t have bothered coming
