Great last minute arrangement turned out to be an excellent choice! - We are a group of girls from asia and we were made to change our plans for the day last minute. So glad that I chanced upon this tour and decided to try out the tour as it was still available. Amin was a kind, courteous guide. He explained the places of interests to us along the way and he even took the initiative when I mentioned that we were hungry and asked if the chateau served food. As restaurant was closed, he took the extra mile to drive out to buy us some sandwiches n soda. His considerate personality didnt stop there. When we chatted and when he knew that we were off to stay in a chateau for the night- he offered to send us to our destination. Thank u for your wonderful services, Amin. 👍🏻

This tour was an amazing... - This tour was an amazing experience! Completely stress free and you get to see the most beautiful Châteaux’s. Highly recommend :)

Eh - Poor value for the cost. We went to two chateaus: the first chateau had a good overview of the winery but the tasting was not enjoyable taste wise, there was no description given on tasting notes and there was no outdoor vineyard vines to visit (only cellars). The second chateau had a pretty castle and a cute ambiance for the tasting, nothing terribly special but a unique hut. The entire bottle was 18 euros if you bought it, so makes you wonder what a tasting costs 10 euros? What are you paying for in this 170+ euro tour. Then we were taken to a third chateau just to look at the gate? no tasting or tour, which felt pointless. In all, the tastings were not enjoyable we spent an hour total at the two chateaus and more time just driving around. The driver was nice and amicable but not knowledgeable at all. The second place also did not give tasting notes. Notes

No Show! - DO NOT USE THIS OPERATOR! We booked this tour through Viator. We were at the pickup spot 15 minutes prior to the tour start. At 2 minutes after the scheduled start we sent a message to the operator that we were waiting. No Response. At 5 minutes after we tried calling the operator. No answer! We messaged again at 10 minutes past the scheduled start. Still no response. Finally we called Viator at 20 minutes past pick up. Viator tried to call the operator and they did not get an answer either. They said they would send us an email with an update. After 45 minutes past our pickup time we called Viator again. Viator tried calling the operator again! Still no answer! We had now waisted an hour standing on a street corner in Bourdeaux and essentially the day as we had no tour! Viator is issuing a full refund but unfortunately we lost a precious day in Bourdeaux! Viator did what they could financially, unffortunately valuable time will not be recovered!

Terrible experience - The whole thing was an issue. Took into only one Margaux vineyard on a Margaux tour. Car was tiny!!!
