Outstanding St. Emilion Tour, Value & Service - We selected this tour from Bordeaux after carefully evaluating the available options. While other tours might be a better fit for the interests of others, this one is outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. We were picked up at a convenient location by our hotel and rode in air-conditioned comfort. Our tour guide, Amine, took us to two very delightful wine chateaus and guided us through the highlights of the medieval town with ample time and plenty of information in English. Additionally, Amine resolved a problem with the shipment of wine we had purchased separately at one of the two chateaus after our tour was completed. You cannot expect a better tour guide and better service when traveling abroad.

Fabulous Tour with Local Guide - This tour was amazing and Amin was a fabulous guide! He is local to the area and very knowledgeable about the family operated wineries. Amin communicated extremely well before, during and after the trip (especially because we had a large group and needed child/infant seats). I recommend adding the charcuterie/cheeses and bread option, as it was fun to snack and taste the wines. The time spent walking through the village and seeing the view was incredible. Would absolutely recommend this experience.

Saint Emilion is not to be missed! - We enjoyed our private tour of Saint Emilion which included visits to two chateaus for wine tasting. Beautiful countryside and the beautiful town of Saint Emilion is not to be missed!

Terrible experience - Non-existent tour changed 12 hours before so I could not cancel and ask for refund, substitute without confirmation with completely different other, different language, different time, For a cost of 305.0 euros. I did not accept the exchange I lost an afternoon to get explanations and a half refund so I lost 150 euros without having any fault but to have trusted.

Terrible experience - Through Viator I booked a tour in Italian for September 17th at 1 pm 30 cost 305 euros. On the 16th at 8.30 pm at the hotel I am told that the tour is not there but in the morning at 8.30 am another tour in English if it goes well. I didn't expect it, I think about it and then no I send WA to Viator, 24 hour customer support and I don't know any local operator. After a wasted afternoon massaging with Viator and ALS they tell me they will refund 50%!! WHAT A SHAME BE VERY CAREFUL
