Discover the art of wine tasting and explore the richness of Bordeaux wines, including their history, appellations, terroirs, grape varieties, blends, classifications, and more!
In a welcoming environment, participants will learn to taste wine like a professional. Wine will become more approachable, and senses will be honed to appreciate the subtlety of its aromas. Six carefully selected wines will be tasted: 1 mystery wine, 2 dry whites (from the left and right banks), 3 reds (blends from the left and right banks), and 1 sweet wine. These wines are sourced from Grands Crus Classés and family-owned organic vineyards.
Under the guidance of Mathilde and Cécilia, professionals trained at the University of Wine, participants will also uncover the secrets of successful and sometimes surprising food and wine pairings.
A tasting booklet will be provided to continue practicing at home. Depending on the season, the tasting is held in a private courtyard, cellar, or our furnished room. The wines tasted are available for purchase.

Delve into the enchanting world of Bordeaux wines and learn the essentials of professional tasting while exploring the diverse Bordeaux vineyards. The tasting session features a thoughtfully curated selection, with options to tailor the choices to suit personal tastes. Participants will sample a diverse array of mystery wines, including two dry white wines from the left and right banks, three red wines showcasing various styles and blends, and a sweet wine to complete the experience.
During the session, participants will also learn about the art of food and wine pairing. Cécilia and her team, who are certified professionals trained at the University of Wine, will impart their knowledge and passion for wine and gastronomy, ensuring the experience is both educational and enjoyable.
To further enhance the learning experience, each participant will receive a personal tasting booklet.
