Bordeaux’s white wines, often overshadowed by reds, offer a delightful variety: vibrant and citrusy sauvignon for aperitifs, richer and more intricate Sémillon blends for dinner, and the esteemed Sauternes.

This engaging and personal tasting experience immerses participants in the realm of white wines: exploring history, appellations, grape varieties, winemaking techniques, and comparing the left and right banks. Discover how stainless steel maintains freshness, while oak barrels add roundness and structure.

Guided by Mathilde and Cécilia, certified wine experts, participants will taste four wines carefully selected from family-owned, organic, or renowned estates, including a mystery wine. Each wine is paired with a matured French cheese, offering a chance to explore creative food and wine pairings. Participants will receive a tasting booklet to continue their practice at home.

Depending on the season, the tasting is held in our Bordeaux room, a private courtyard, or our cellar. Wines are available for purchase after the session, and adaptations can be made for those who prefer red wines.
