Join us on a culinary food walking tour through Bordeaux. Famous for its wine, the city has so much to offer on the food scene. Meet local store owners and producers on this Bordeaux Food and Wine tour.
Our stops are carefully chosen to show to you local products and vendors with high quality items for you to savour and devour.
The tour starts with a visit to a local fromagerie to taste five different exquisite cheese from France. Savour the flavour and compare the different regions. A short walk after we arrive at a local chocolatier to sample five chocolates with a North African twist.
Next door taste the local Dune Blanche and test your senses with a blind tasting of three confitures, or jams.
Now, its time for wine!
We visit a local wine cave to sample two Bordeaux wines to learn about the wine region. We finish our tour in a local epicerie with a glass of Bordeaux Crement with charcuterie, local pate and Bordeaux biscuits.

Amazing Food Tour Experience!! - If you're considering booking a food tour in Bordeaux, book this one!! We tried an amazing variety of delicious food (and wine!) and had an amazing time getting to know Bordeaux on foot during our first day there. Loved that it was a small group experience, and loved getting inside tips about not only the food & wine culture of Bordeaux, but also some neat history and ideas of things to do during the rest of our stay. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience, I am still dreaming about the Dune Blanche cream puffs, and the Crémant!

Great food and wine - Fantastic guide! - We had a fantastic time with Clemence. We really appreciated learning so much about Bordeaux’s history. We tried several local delicacies and wines - which were all delicious. It was also interesting getting some insight into the production of these delicacies and wines. Really recommend!

Bordeaux is the gastro paradise! - Totally recommend! Bordeaux is a city of flavors that sometimes are hidden so I advise to take this excursion and not lose time on touristic traps instead! Hope you enjoy the delicious tastes of Bordeaux too! Bon appétit !

cheese and wine with other stops food tour in bordeaux - Good selection of stores utilised, particularly the wine tasting at the end of the tour in a local wine cave. The tour consisted of walking through old town Bordeaux tasting cheeses , chocolate, local jams which are called confitures in France. A really surprising interesting stop was a local honey store to taste variations of their own honey. I loved the inclusion of a local creperie to try local galettes, the savoury brother which were Devine. Overall a really good tour with lots of food.

Great time and food in Bordeaux - It was the best option we could have taken to visit the city. The guide took us to places where they offered us good food, we all had a great time!

Food tour in Bordeaux old Town - Impressive food tour with our guide, Mariana. We chose this tour after reading the description and felt it would be the right fit for us with selection of wine, cheese chocolate and everything else. We were unsure as this was our first foodie tour in Europe but it was top class. We stopped in 8 different stores and sampled an abundance of food. These cheese shop was our favourite after a difficult deliberation choosing. If you want wine, cheese, charcuterie etc then book this tour!Amazing!
