Highlights
  • Bonn - Bonn Skyline, Beueler Rhrinaue, Villa Hammerschmidt
  • Beueler Rheinaue - Passing the Hotel Kameha Grand, we get to the Beueler Rheinaue and ride relaxed on a well-developed cycle path along the Rhine
  • Kennedybrucke - We then cross the Rhine on the Kennedy Bridge
  • Villa Hammerschmidt - The Villa Hammerschmidt, which is still the second official residence of the Federal President, and the Chancellor’s Bungalow, where the Federal Chancellors Ludwig Erhard, Kurt Georg Kiesinger and Helmut Schmidt lived, are located in a large park. The personal taste of the last resident is particularly visible in the interior to this day: Helmut Kohl.
  • Rheinaue - The 160-hectare Rheinaue is probably the most popular local recreation area for the people of Bonn. The entire area was developed for the Federal Horticultural Show in 1979, today there are many leisure facilities and sights to be found there. Among other things, we pass the idyllic Rheinauensee and the Bismarck Tower
  • Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke - Konrad Adenauer Bridge, which is named after the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany and spans the Rhine and its floodplains over a total length of 770 meters.

Over the bridge we get back to Bonn on the right bank of the Rhine and our two-hour tour is slowly coming to an end. We glide the last few meters almost silently to our starting point on Karl-Duwe-Straße.
