Embark on an adventure to Europe’s largest Oriental garden - the Buddha Eden Garden, nestled within Quinta dos Loridos in the Bombarral municipality. Our first destination is the Oriental Garden, a creation borne out of protest against the demolition of the Giant Buddhas of Bamiyan in Afghanistan back in 2001. Known as the Garden of Peace, it is a sanctuary of exquisite sculpture/statue art, lakes, exotic flora, palm trees, and expansive spaces emanating serenity. Post this visit, the journey will take us to Nazaré. Imbibe the authentic experience of a renowned traditional fishing village, enjoy a standard Portuguese meal, and embrace the sight of the mightiest waves on Earth at the lighthouse - the ‘Sitio da Nazaré.’ Our final leg of the trip will lead us to the medieval settlement of Óbidos, where you will spend the rest of your day meandering its characteristic lanes, closely hugged by 13-meter-tall fortifications. Relish the renowned Portuguese liqueur, Ginja de Óbidos, as you immerse yourself in the enchantment of this ancient town.
