Guests will be considered friends, but the course will be serious and professional. At the end of the lesson they will be able to prepare a dough, roll it out with a rolling pin and shape the dough. Additional Information
In this culinary course, you’ll be taught to prepare every recipe on offer. We’ll do everything manually, and I’ll detail the background of the ingredients and dishes I introduce. If we happen to go for a market visit, I’ll familiarize you with all the seasonal items. We’ll be buying local cold cuts (such as mortadella) for you to relish at the culmination of the class, over lunch or dinner. Recipe alterations can be made in view of food sensitivities. Vegetarian or vegan menu options are also available.

Wonderful, learned so much, ate so much! - Very easy to find Paola’s house — She is so wonderful! We made tortelloni, tagliatelle, tiramisu and she served us local wine and her homemade focaccia. Love this experience, would highly recommend!

A wonderful experience in a wonderful city - A truly special afternoon. Paola opened the doors of her beautiful home to us, we cooked together, rolled the dough, prepared the filling and finally learned how to make spectacular tortellini. All delicious accompanied by excellent wine. Gray Paola we'll see each other again.
