Our local food tasting experience Delicious Bologna was an excellent way to be introduced to the food culture of this city. From the onset Mattai was very friendly informative and passionate about the local food scene . He Introduced us to a large variety of foods and drinks and at each stop we learnt a little bit about the history and food culture . Mattai was very knowledgeable and it was very obvious that he really enjoyed leading a group on this tour.all the food tasted was delicious.
