Good experience - Nice visit with working audio guides and excellent description of the rooms. A very courteous girl accompanied us to the entrance and explained the route to us. Definitely recommended!

Just buy your own tix - There was a lot of pomp and circumstance around our “tour,” ultimately we paid around $32 for $7 tickets and brief audio recording. We should have just bout tickets on site, day of and saved our money. The tour folks were lovely and the subject was great, just not necessary to use their service for this one.

Disappointed - We were very disappointed and felt ripped off. There was hardly anything to see, because it was not allowed. Also the price of Eur 40 for two was outrageous. The entrance fee for the Anatomic Theatre is Eur 7 only for two.

Go on your own - The agent did not meet us where she confirmed via email. Was then escorted by another agent to meet her. She then walked us to the archiginnasio purchased our tickets, gave us a map (in Spanish), earphones (did not work with our phones) explained how to scan the codes on the map for audio, and left. When I tried to listen to the audio it to was in Spanish. I ordered this tour in English. She took it upon herself to choose Spanish because of my name. Although my husband does speak some Spanish, English is his first language. We did not utilize any of the audio guide. On a positive note, the food vouchers were very good.
