- Círculo de Periodistas de Bogotá CPB - You will be picked up at your hotel to take you downtown to Parque de los Periodistas where you will be introduced to the city and learn about the strong indigenous past that gave birth to Bogotá’s foundations.
- Barrio La Candelaria - Walking through La Candelaria you will learn about the colonial process, independence and the contemporary revival of indigenous traditions. You will visit a very special place for ancestral drinks at the heart of La Candelaria where you will be able to try Chicha, Zhuke, Guarapo and Chirrinchi as you get tips for tasting, and facts relating to ancient rituals and traditions from Colombia’s countryside.
- Museum “The Blessed Chichería” Traditional Ancestral - Walking through La Candelaria you will learn about the colonial process, independence and the contemporary revival of indigenous traditions. - Plaza Del Chorro Del Quevedo - After, we will visit a traditional place to taste today´s fresh brew of chicha or one of their home brews in an amazing place, Casa Galeria.
- Palermo - We will visit a peace initiative from former FARC combatants , where their entrepreneurships circles around the production of beer and other products. This Casa Cultural is being well received by locals, as it promotes peace and reconciliation.
- Madriguera Brewing Co. Fábrica - Finally, you will go to craft beer pubs specialized in developing distinctive flavors that appeal to the local public. You will learn about beer crafting, beer tasting, and the impressive history that made beer cast-off chicha in being Colombia’s most popular alcoholic beverage.
