Great orientation of the city - Great way to orient myself to the city! I only had one free day on a business trip and this tour was a great chance to see some of Bogota! I also can’t speak highly enough of Nataly, my guide! Such a sweetheart and very knowledgeable.

Fantastic - Nataly was very knowledgeable, friendly, and her English was remarkable! She was patient, and encouraging. A warning to ppl, who, like us, are from sea level cities, Monserrate will take your breath away in more ways than one. We loved learning about the history of the Plaza de Bolivar, Chorro de Quevedo, multiple churches I detoured us into, local fruits, and so much more! A definite must if it’s your first time in Bogota as it was for us.

A great tour to see the key sites in Bogota - This is a great tour covering the main sites in Bogota. I highly recommend. My guide Francisco was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the history of Columbia and showing me the key sites. I even got to try various fruits native to Colombia and to sample local coffee . Great tour

Very poor and simple; a lot remains to be owed - Very simple and with little preparation on the part of the agency. An Uber that the agency hired picked up and we got into it with the guide. The driver had a dirty car, he spent his time listening to music at high volume and chatting during the trip, with his cell phone in his lap checking the route. Not what you expect from a tour operator. A very long wait to go up to Monserrate and when you arrive you find a world of people in an area where, beyond the view, there is not much to see. There was a “fast pass” option but it was not offered to us and we stood in line for more than 1 hour. The tour of La Candelaria had a stop for a coffee tasting that was given quickly and reluctantly, in a bad establishment and not at all prepared to serve tourists. The fruit tasting was super basic and of little value. Operators who sell these tours should try to know the style of their clients, their preferences and try to adapt their tours as much as possible. On this tour it was just my wife and I and it could have been much more beneficial and personalized. I do not recommend it; It does not leave Bogotá in a good position.
