- Stratonikeia Ancient City - Stratonikeia, a site that has hosted numerous civilizations from ancient to modern times, is a prominent archaeological location in Asia Minor with unique features. The city thrived during the Classical, Hellenistic, and Roman Imperial periods, evolving into a hub of trade, art, and culture. Known as the city of eternal love and gladiators, it was a center for gladiator training, demonstrations, and retirement. Sports were vital to Stratonikeians, who constructed what might be the largest gymnasium of antiquity in the 2nd century B.C. just west of the north gate.
- Lagina Antik Kenti - Lagina was linked to the ancient city of Stratonikeia by a sacra via, approximately 8.5 km long and 3-3.5 meters wide. Annual festivities were held in Lagina, with grand celebrations every four years in honor of Hecate. These events followed specific rules. During the annual festivities, “Key Carrying” ceremonies were held regularly over several days. In these ceremonies, a choir of young girls sang hymns, traveled from Lagina to Stratonikeia, expressed their devotion, and returned to the sanctuary. Once the choir entered the sanctuary, religious ceremonies commenced. The temple gates were opened by the attendant girl carrying the key, and visitors sat on steps along the western edge of the sanctuary to observe the ceremony.
- Karnas Vineyards - Karnas Vineyards produces three unique wines with a philosophy of tradition, sustainability, and minimal intervention. The journey began when the İşmen family, while residing in the United States, developed an interest in Zinfandel during visits to California. This curiosity evolved into a passionate quest to find the ideal location to reintroduce this dark-skinned grape to its potential origins. Guests will enjoy lunch in these stunning vineyards while experiencing the daily lives of the local community.
- Etrim Doğa Restoran - Etrim, a prime example of a typical Turkish village, is beautifully surrounded by nature. Weaving, a significant part of Turkish culture with roots in Central Asia, remains vibrant in this village. During the tour, there will be a brief visit to a cooperative where world-renowned Turkish carpets are made, providing an opportunity to learn about this intricate art form.
- Bodrum City - Once guests are dropped off at the Bodrum cruise port (or their hotel in Bodrum), the services for the experience will conclude. We look forward to welcoming guests back to Turkey soon for more unforgettable tours.
