Highlights

Mørkvedhallen klatresenter - Upon your arrival, you’ll be escorted through the various levels and sections of the climbing center. Next, we’ll equip you with a harness and climbing shoes, followed by a brief instructional session on safety from our trainers, focusing on the autobelay system to ensure a solid beginning to your climbing journey. The trainer will remain with you until you feel comfortable enough to proceed independently. During your visit, you might want to rest your arms by enjoying a coffee and a snack in our cafe. Feel free to remain at the facility until closing time; typically, visitors spend about 2 to 6 hours here, including time for breaks. Be forewarned: climbing can be highly habit-forming!

Great facility, friendly staff - I unexpectedly had a spare day so took the bus out of Bodø to find this climbing centre, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a great facility - really friendly staff, all equipment available to hire, and large bouldering and roped climbing areas with problems/routes for all abilities and experience levels. I wish I had more time to come back!
