Highly recommend this trip. - A wonderful day out. Each of the Islands were just beautiful. Snorkelling was a little disappointing. The Reefs are dead. Few fish to be seen. The boat staff were brilliant. Very friendly and hospitable. If your prone to seasickness. Take anti nausea meds. Its a bumpy ride. Lunch was superb.

Good crew, fantastic snorkelling - The trip was quite good, the crew was experienced and quite helpful. The pickup from our hotel was seamless. We did not have the breakfast on reaching the pier since we ate at our hotel. The speedboat takes 1.5 hours one way to Koh Tao island which can be a bit boring since the boat's hull is pretty tall and you cannot see the sea while travelling. We stopped at 2 different places around Koh Tao island to snorkel, and spent about 45min in each spot. After the 2nd spot, we headed to the island for lunch, which was quite decent. An hour later, the boat took us to Koh Nang Yuan and left us there for about 2 hours to either snorkel or chill on the beach or trek up the view point. I would recommend the view point trek but it will take around 30-40min from start to finish. The beach at Koh Nang Yuan was stunning and snorkelling there was a real pleasure. The crew picked us back up at about 2:45pm and we returned to the pier from where a pickup van dropped us to our hotel. The crew was very helpful. My husband who is not a strong swimmer was guided personally by one of the crew members who took out a solid 30 min to patiently take him on a floatie and showed him how to use the equipment well, when to clear out water buildup to prevent discomfort and pointed out different corals and fish too. I followed a seaturtle for a while (which was also pointed out by the crew) and I saw many colored corals and bright fish. All in all, it was a great trip, worth the money we spent.

Wonderful day trip- I didn't want to miss - Wonderful trip. Great islands, seen while snorkeling many fish, corals and plants. Time for snorkeling and sightseeing was adequate, food was fine, organization very professional, team very friendly and helpful. A speedboat makes loud engine noises and smells gel. After gas, but that's the only way to handle the trip in one day.

The snorkeling was great... - The snorkeling was great - however the travelling to the island was cramped- with no sight out of the boat - to sit for an hour in a boat without seeing anything was not fun. The life jackets also smelled. The lunch was delicious

Not that well organised,... - Not that well organised, I totally get that the most of the people is dumb, but that’s way you should be more organised. Some of the guides had been a bit rude, probably exausted by looking after people that don’t understand a world in English and are not very well skilled in travelling. If you’re not at your first experice in snorkeling and have higher than average expectations, this is not what you’re looking for.

Wouldn’t recommend… - I did read before the tour that there could be alot of people on the trip, but 40 of us were squished into one boat, for an hour and a half from KS to KT. The boats aren’t big enough to hold this many people comfortably; you are pressed up against strangers in 30 degree heat for a long time. It could be made clearer that the trip out there is 90mins - several people vomited with sea sickness. Only once we were on the boat were we told that sea urchins were particularly bad, and to purchase sea socks would be 300THB - the only money we were asked to bring was for the access to the island. The islands themselves were pretty, but at least 5 boats the same size as ours were at every stop, meaning there were about 200 people trying to snorkel, take pictures etc. In short, if they didn’t put so many people on each trip, it would be a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
