Perfect day trip outside Bishkek - Great day, great weather for a daytrip. Canyon (once you get there) is breathtaking. Farukh was great guide. Very professional and communicative. He was full of pacience, and he knows the terrain very well. Definitely worth every penny 😊

Brilliant 1day trek to tower n canyons - Very prompt pick up service.our guide Fahrulh was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English. We experienced some local bread and tea at a morning snack before our visit to Burana. As my friend was a vegetarian we were taken to a restaurant that served us both a delicious meal..both veg n nonveg. Fahrukh was motivating and patient during our trek to the canyons.thank you, truly had a fantastic day

Instructive and interesting - Farouk my guide for the day, was the perfect host on this hike to the canyon. He also provided plenty of information on the geography, culture, cuisine, politics and much more. The destination was absolutely worthwhile the effort wit stunning landscapes.

Great to get out of Bishkek and see of the sights - Quite a long day from Bishkek, mostly due to the poor road conditions and speed restrictions, it was just nice to get out of the city. The tour guide was a little bit late but messaged via WhatsApp to let me know and this was fine. Travelling to Burana Tower I discovered I was the only tourist there, I guess because of the time of year (winter) but that was perfect for me. The steps/stairs are really steep and narrow, not great if you have claustrophobia but the view is well worth the effort. Konorchek Canyons were absolutely stunning, yes I've seen bigger canyons in other countries but they are well worth seeing, and again I was the only tourist visiting at that time. The walk to get them is doable with some scrambles/climbs up some rocks so I'd advise wearing old clothes or proper walking gear. Due to it being New Year when I visited a lot of the restaurants they'd usually take us to were closed, but the one we ended up in (Mubarak) was good and the food was nice. Sadly the menu wasn't translated so I relied on the guide for help/information.

Farukh, the guide who takes care of you - When I booked this excursion, I had no idea that the weather conditions would be so bad! The visit to Burana was not very pleasant in heavy rain. But Farukh is a great guide, very friendly. He has a very great capacity for adaptation and was ready to offer alternatives to the planned walk in the canyon. But the rain let up and we were finally able to do this hike. And it's worth it! Landscapes very different from the very close mountains, which remind us of the American West. A very good surprise. All in very good company, with Farukh! The helpful and careful guide.
