Great day - We managed to get some tickets on offer and enjoyed a morning here! Great little rides to enjoy and the area for play was lovely as well as the mini models. The children loved the cinema experience - wow the water spray was cold! Could easily of sat there with a coffee whilst the kids played longer! Shop at the end was good size as well.

Workshop - Oscar - Oscar was fab and super patient with my SEN kids when we ran late for our creative workshop session. He was accommodating and kind. His workshop was engaging and exciting for my boys

Lovely visit, would return - Surprised us in almost every way. I have to say that these negative reviews are completely at odds with our experience. We arrived with no expectations. I will preface by saying we are Merlin pass holders so didn't pay to enter and simply booked to come. We visit Legoland in Windsor a lot and knew this would not be the same, but when we arrived we bought a £5 lanyard for our daughter that is an 'activity trail' to complete. It has tasks, including stamps to get around the center and made sure we visited each area thoroughly. This provided something for my daughter to focus on as we went round which I think is needed here. I would recommend getting one. At the end, upon completion you get a mini figure in the shop which is a good way to get through the shop without buying anything too. Once inside we spent a good 4-5 hours here enjoying the rides, soft play, free building Lego, exhibitions and staff led competitions/activities. If you win the activities, you are rewarded with some token Lego which is nice. We loved it and would happily return.

SEN provision needs attention, please - Very sadly my child with (sensory) SEN couldn’t access it at all and had to leave before we’d even gone past the ticket office due to distress; there are no designated quiet/calm spaces and a lot of overlapping music throughout. I feel it is over priced for what is available. My youngest enjoyed the soft play and the staff were friendly, which is why I have given it 3 stars.

Some cool builds - Sorry to say I did not find this place valve for money. The staff were amazing and lots of happy faces and a few cool Lego builds to see, mini Birmingham is very cool but that's the only good bit. Been once would I go again sadly not. I did find the Lego shop though great value for money and would go back there for more builds.

Okay, but Too Expensive for What it is. - As an attraction my husband and I found it pretty meh, but our 8 year old enjoyed it. Our main issue with it is that it is horrible value for money. Even though our tickets were on a 40% off deal once we added food from the cafe (which was also not awful but not anything to write home about, and certainly overpriced), paid the extra £7 for the VR ride our son was super excited about, the day cost over £110 for the three of us. And that doesn't include then spending money in the shop. It is an okay day out for lego loving kids, but there isn't actually a great deal there for the price paid.

Disappointed - Visited as we have a merlin pass. Im very pleased we didn't pay to go in. Its definitely not vaule for money. In my honest opinion its a play area with lego for little kids. The lego buildings are good. But I really wouldn't recommend going.

A bit disappointed - Don't waste your money. Apart from the 4D and little ride at beginning, not really much else to do, staff looked bored and like they'd rather be elsewhere. Interactive play at lego stations okay, just to tubs of bricks really.

Avoid like the plague - Fairly good. Only takes a couple of hours. However!!! Watch out.... The extra paid for class with Master Lego builder was rubbish and run by a very creepy wet fish of a man who flirted with the little girls. No value from the class, apart from a tiny free model. He didn't give the children tips and advice or anything as stated on the ad. Just talked them through a simple build so completely inappropriate for my 8 year old Lego fanatic. Also we caught sick bug which perhaps is unsurprising considering the greasy nature of the bricks I kept coming across in the tubs. They felt rabk. More hand washing stations should be placed everywhere. Also the laser quest ride is really really scary and hellish for toddlers. Same style as Cadbury world ride, which is great fun, but this one is with an underworld theme so it's horrible. Birmingham is an abomination with the rubbish everywhere, completely disgusting to visit now. Shan't be coming back to indoor Merlin entertainment venues at the rate this has disappointed me I shall be advising friends not to as well. We've caught bugs more than once now and my children never otherwise catch bugs until we come to one of their places.
