Great birding tours! - We can definitely recommend Irman! We went on two birding tours with him and saw over 100 birds (Quetzal, Cock of the Rock, Toucans, Tanagers, Hummingbirds…). He really knows birds and where to find them. We had a great time!

MUST DO BIRDING EXPERIENCE in Mindo - Irman is one of the best guides for bird watching in the world. He even shows up in The Lonely Planet and I can understand why very well. He was one of the main persons in Mindo to become a professional of birding. He made himself as a pro without even having the chance to go to high school getting to know all the birds; their behavior; distribution; ecology and to develop skills in English (he knows ALL the English vulgar names by heart). He is kind, nice and patient. I really recommend this experience and his great company. Such nice moments Irman THANK YOU. Oh! We saw the Andean Toucan many times today with him; he was patient enough to look for it; find him;call him and make him appear to see it. LOVELY MOMENTS IN MINDO!!

Must do bird tour in Mindo - Irman was an incredible bird guide - I really don't understand how he identifies so many birds so quickly! We had a lovely morning spotting what felt like hundreds of different beautiful birds. Would definitely recommend this to experienced and newbie birders alike.

Amazing bird watching experience - We had the best morning experiencing the beautiful birds of Mindo. Irman was a wonderful guide, incredibly passionate, knowledgable and experienced. We couldn’t believe what he was able to spot! We saw so many different birds, including 3 toucans. The tour was great value for money and even included a delicious breakfast in a beautiful spot! We would absolutely recommend doing this tour with Irman in Mindo.

very experienced guide for bird watching! - We went on a 1 day bird watching tour in the morning. Irman showed us not only the tucan but also many other beautiful birds in Mindo's rainforest. We could watch through his telescope and my daughter made great photos of the birds! The breakfast afterwards was very good and a very peaceful place. Irman picked us of the hotel and dropped us off afterwards. Thank you for all the interesting information, dear Irman!

Fabulous experience! - This was a fabulous experience! Irman was a great guide and showed us beautiful birds. We saw Tucans, Quetzals, taningers, and even an owl.

Nice Day birding - Irman was a wonderful bird guide. We were able to track many birds that we would not have seen without his help. He was able to identify each bird by sound and provide the name and information about each bird. We enjoyed our time with Irman.

Excellent birding experience with Irman! - Birdwatching with Irman was fantastic. He is a passionate, humble and extremely experienced guide, he could spot birds in an instant. He also made us feel very comfortable at all times. He provided a pair of binoculars for my girlfriend and brought an excellent scope as well. We saw almost 50 species of birds!

Twitching with Irman is a true privilege - He is a master with over 20+ years experience & happy to share his knowledge. We spent a relaxing morning hiking and saw a wide variety of species. His English was great and this tour was the highlight of our trip.
