Fund and informative - Sam was great at explaining a lot of the history and geopolitical context of the region. Loved the experience of walking through old town and understanding how it all developed through the ages.

A valuable tour of Bilbao’s Old Town - Our guide Sam is knowledgeable and engaging. He showed us many of the main features and buildings of the Old Town and gave us valuable insights into the history and politics of the city and region. We’ve been able to follow up on many his suggestions for places to go and where to find the best food. Thank you Sam!

Excellent way to start our stay in Bilbao! - Sam was a fabulous guide who knew so much about the true history of Bilbao and the Basque region and made plenty of great recommendations for things to do while we're here. He did everything we expected and more!

Typical Walking Tour - We met at the designated plaza but our guide was supposed to have a grey hat which he didn't so we had to ask a couple of people if they were our guide. There were about 20 in the group so I question if that's considered a small group. 18 of us were on time but we waited 10+ minutes for two women. Finally I told the guide we should start since 18 were on time. It was a lot of walking. He was very knowledgeable about the area.
