Excellent Tour - Captain Bryce was very knowledgeable about Hawaiian culture and his humor was hilarious and appreciated! They all worked so hard to make it a great experience for all! The extra time and education when we saw some whales was above and beyond.

Great experience - Had a great time with a great crew. Was beautiful, Informative and funny at times. Simon and his assistant did a great job. Lunch was also wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Were saw whales,... - Were saw whales, dolphins, and colorful fish at Captain Cook. Lunch was good along with courteous guides and helper. Great day trip!

Great day out - We had an amazing time, the staff were fantastic and full of energy and efficient. My poor mother in-law was extremely sea sick despite taking sea sick meds, and the staff were attentive to her needs. The snacks were great and sandwich and fresh pineapple was brilliant after snorkelling. Great day out

The best snorkeling tour on the island - We went mind January and the water was amazing! Warm and clear. We had also seen so much wildlife and the crew was so cool and funny. I recommend this to everyone. They are also the only company that gives you more time in the water. They also provide you lunch! Do this tour 100 percent!

Captain Cook Snorkel - We enjoyed the beautiful sceneries and lucky to see some dolphins, whale and turtle. The crew members are very friendly .😃

What a wonderful experience! - This was the hi-light of our trip to Kona! The views were amazing and the crew couldn’t have been more helpful. The trip started with a cruise along the coast where we saw a pod of dolphins cruising along the boat! We stopped at Captain Cook for snorkeling in the crystal clear water and a relaxing lunch. It was a great day and highly recommend booking a trip with Kona boat tours.

Excellent - Very happy with this tour. Simon,Noil and the two others did everything to make this trip memorable. We saw dolphins. Food was excellent. Only one comment is to give better directions to the starting point.

Bait and switch on time - Unfortunately we didn’t get to take the snorkeling trip. We booked the 1230 trip and got a text message about 810am asking where we were. The company said they sent an email with the time change but we didn’t see it nor did the 8am time work. They said they don’t have a 1230 - which makes me wonder why they sell that time slot if it’s not available. Communication should have been better so we could have booked via another company. Very disappointing.
