Dan the Man - This was a fantastic tour, our guide Dan was so knowledgeable and pleasant and welcoming he is an asset to the business and promoted the culture and the island so well.

Amazing visit and driver to go with! - Our driver John was spectacular!! We had a truly amazing time!! He took us to all the places we wanted to visit, and gave us gifts at each stop, either Portuguese donuts, macadamia nuts, and other treats. I highly recommend this trip with Viator and this specific company and driver!!

Great Tour Guide - Kimo aka James was a wonderful tour guide. Gave us all sorts of great knowledge and education about Hawaii. Wasn't pushy with our time. allowing us to explore at our leisure. He took pictures for us. The sites were amazing. The candy store was "eh". Kimo told us how they used to provide more samples, but since COVID things have changed.

Great highlights of hilo - Dan was super knowledgeable. We went to all the highlights. We had a 4 year old but we stopped often enough to keep his attention. Definitely not in a van the whole time. Would recommend again to families who want to see Hilo and the volcanoes in one day.

Hilo with A Native ✅ - Kimo’s pride in his heritage and the information he imparted made this tour of only six of us THE BEST!! He made us feel like “native Hawai’ians” for a few hours. Besides factual information, he shared several folk stories/myths which enriched this experience. We ran into his boss and the boss’s father during the tour, and it was obvious they all have a great working relationship. This tour set the tone for the other three stops of our cruise. (Kimo made it clear that he knew when we needed to return to the ship and guaranteed adherence to that timeline.) The van was comfortable, we could hear his narration and he was a safe driver.

Volcano national park tour - Wonderful day spent in Hilo with our tour guide, Kimo! The trip to Volcano National Park was worth the thirty minute drive! Our guide shared his local knowledge of sights along the way! We were treated to the local macadamia nuts and chocolates!!

Volcanic excitement, Rainbow Falls beautiful, too - Keimo our guide made us feel at home and informative of his Hawaiian culture. Loved the places that he shared with us along the journey and tour. Thank you.

What a Great Excursion - We saw so many sights and had a wonderful experience. The most memorable part of our Excursions was our Tour guide Alex. He was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable, and a joy to be around. He went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable.

great experience in hilo - Before heading to the National Park, we viewed several other places and the tour guide clearly knew a lot of information concerning the volcanoes. We were given plenty of time for each stop and we were taken to magnificent views. The candy shop at the end was even better. The chocolate was absolutely superb and the most beautiful, exquisite, and scrumptious chocolate I have ever laid my taste buds on.
