Family day on the water. - Fantastic day out on the water. I would highly recommend these guys. Great hospitality! From booking and coming along side it was excellent.

Great Experience!! - Gaige and Ryan took us out for an afternoon half day in search of some marlin. They did not disappoint. We hooked 3 at once and landed a striped marlin. After that, the kiddo got sea sick so we had to make our way back. Well worth the trip. Would book again, no question.

Great way to spend half a day - Captain Gaige was very professional and accommodating. While we didn’t have any luck with the Ono he went out of his way to make sure our boys caught some fish. Deck hand Bo was very patient and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to booking again.

Fishing success - Fantastic half day with Captain Shawn & Sawyer! The kids caught two Mahi Mahi and two Ono which was great since each kid was able to reel in a fish on their own. The flexibility and willingness of Kona Cowboy to ensure we had success made the day one we will never forget. We highly recommend and would book another trip with Kona Cowboy Fishing without a doubt.

Amazing Experience! - Captain Shawn and Sawyer were great! We had a miscommunications up front, we showed up with 6 people (two dads and four teens) and didn't realize the max size is 4. This was our bad and Shawn was accommodating and allowed us to continue with the charter. We started our charter fishing for large game fish, and when we had an Ono chasing, Shawn and Sawyer changed over all of the gear to focus on Mahi Mahi and Ono to increase our chances of success. I really appreciate their flexibility and understanding that we were out to catch fish and have the experience and not just try and catch a giant Marlin (which I am sure they are great at that as well). In the end each of the teens reeled in a beautiful fish that they will never forget. Five stars for flexibility and understanding what was important to us and tailoring the experience. Next time we are in the area, I won't hesitate to do a full day charter with Shawn.

Book and you won’t regret it - I first have to say, I’ve never met a captain so determined to get us on the fish! Even on a half day charter jet was constantly changing lures, trying new spots, and doing al one could to find the fish. Shawn’s knowledge of the area and fishing is second to none and my only regret is not finding him sooner! The mate on board was super helpful, kind and a blast to talk to. Unreal team they made. I will be back for more trips in the future. Book with Kona Cowboy and you won’t be disappointed!

Kona Cowboy fishing - Amazing day out on the water. Caught a 225-250 lb blue marlin, once in a lifetime experience for me. Captain Shawn and deckhand Beau are two great guys also! Highly recommend for catching big fish!

Best fishing ever - This is the best boat I've ever been on! Had a great time! Fished 4 hours and we really got on em. We caught alot of fish! The deckhands did a great job making sure the rods stayed in the water and super friendly to be around. If you're looking to go catch some big wahoo id definitely reccomend going with kona cowboy! Captain Shawn, and the deckhands beau and si were great! Always feels good to give a nice tip after a great day of fishing! They are worth every penny! True fisherman on this boat. Perfect boat for all skill levels. Waters are calm. Nice cabin to relax and get out of the sun while waiting to hear that drag. I could go on for hours on how great my experience was. Ill let the picture say the rest.

Disappointing Expensive Boat Ride - Gaige and Bo were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. It was, however, very disappointing not catching anything. Not even a bite. I feel that Gaige and Bo could have tried different lures to try for different fish. I know that wildlife can be unpredictable but it's hard to believe there isn't anything in the ocean to catch over 4 hours of trolling. It essentially was a very expensive boat ride.
