Informative experience, saves so much walking - So easy to book via the app, the best way to see a city, with the informative information given via headphones on the bus in many languages. Easy way to see many places in a day as hop on hop off makes it possible to cover great distances that otherwise would take a long time to walk to. Friendly staff and comfortable seats , definitely recommend.

Really good - We did both routes around the city on 2 different days. Really good to get around but peak times add to the journey times with traffic congestion, we travelled on the upper deck to get better view's all busses have roof's on, the commentary was informative. Added bonus was a city walking tour which was well worth the near 2 hour but easy and gentle walk, tour guide was informative. All so including in your ticket was a free drink of mulled wine at one of the Christmas markets

Vienna is the "City of Music" and all of the other Arts - Vienna is one of Europe's most elegant and romantic cultural cities. Vienna was center of arts and intellect during the reign of the Hapsburgs and beyond. UNESCO includes Viennese coffee houses on its list of intangible cultural heritages. The historic city center is rich in architectural beauty, including Baroque Palaces & gardens, and the Ring Strasse, lined with grand buildings, Monuments and parks. Left to right is: St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Ring Strasse with Natural History Museum, Rathaus (City Hall), the Holocaust Memorial, and the Vienna State Opera House.

Hop on and off bus February 2025 English speaking from the UK - We booked the tour on line and did used the map (On line) to find the closest bus stop from our hotel. However at certain points there is a tour guide who is there to help and i think you can pay on the day. You can use your ticket for the blue line (If you bought the ticket for the red line and vice versa. The tour was good with the bus driving around the city and the use of head phones (These are provide) one plugged (Back of the seat) you can choose the language you require ( English German Italian They may have been a couple more ) I did some see some oriental trying to find there language but this was not on and they gave up and just looked around while bus was driving. We missed the stop for the cruise !!!!!! Reason for this we did not hear this on the head phones and i do not know if the driver shouted as we had the head phones in. Yes we were on the upper deck!! Things to improve Visual Map on the bus so you can see where you are stating which stop you are at and which way round you are going AND where the bus stopping sign is on the bus instead of saying STOP would it be better the sign saying Stop 7 or Stop 5 Stop 3 ETC Stop 7 i think this is to go on the blue line you have to get off the bus a 1 minute walk to get on the BLUE line but looking at the map you think its the same stop. But be sure you that ask the driver to tell you what stop you want and sit down stairs to her him but i don't think you get the picture when sitting on the lower deck. BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO SEE THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS. I know it is a long report but this will hopefully this will help you and the company.

Cute. - Today we did blue and red tours but not all because very long. Between traffic and length of the tour .. we would not have had time to do so many things. Nice though you see all of Vienna. And on foot you don't see certain things. So do it!

Good experience but sooo hot inside - Very good idea to see the city quickly, however when it’s hot outside (like 30 degrees), everyone on the topof the bus are literally melting, mo fresh air.

Not worth the price! - We bought a 2 day pass with access to Shonbrunn and Upper Belvedere for $106 each. We rode both lines on the first day to hear the audio tour. The second day we took public transportation to Shonbrunn to be there when it opened because the bus didn’t start running for another hour. After lunch we were using the app to make sure we could catch the bus, my wife and I were across the street when the bus was coming to the stop. We waved and made eye contact with the bus driver and the employee standing next to him on the bus. As we waited for the light to change so we could cross the street the employee shrugged at us as if to say sorry and the bus left. The stop we were at was also crossed again. The bus would not stop for us to get on. We then waited for 30 minutes for the next bus and thought well at least yesterdays bus was air conditioned. Nope air conditioner broken on the hottest day of the year in Vienna. At the end of the night after walking through Upper Belvedere we decided to walk home because there was only one bus left on the route and it would have been an over 60 minute wait. My suggestion, get a great travel boom with information, use public transportation (which is easy and air conditioned in Vienna), save your money. I felt ripped off. You would think for the price point, service would be included. $212 not worth it when public is $3 a ride. For that price I could have hired a private tour. Not a lot of hopping on and off. Lots of sorry you must wait, thanks for your money!

Title: Very disappointing – few Vienna, many periphery - ! I took the Hop-On Hop-Off bus to Vienna, attracted by the promise of an hour-long tour to discover the city’s most beautiful monuments. As a result, only a quarter of an hour in the historic centre (where all the tourist interest is), then more than three quarters of an hour turning in the suburbs, on charming roads, next to railways and buildings without any interest. The audio-guide did not compensate: the comments were flat or completely off-topic. Losing so much time in traffic instead of admiring Viennese architecture is a real frustration. We feel like we’ve been fooled. I strongly advise against this excursion to anyone really hoping to discover the beauty of Vienna. Prefer walking or trams in the city: it is more authentic and a thousand times richer.

Horrible experience / waste of money & time - The ticket said 6:30pm to reach the venue . Then a fine print in the email received said , check bus timings online . We were on the street sightseeing before the bus tour & not checking emails ! The whole experience was horrible , to reach the bus stop by 6:03 pm only to be told off by the driver standing with another bus . His tone was rude / loud & arrogant, as if he is doing us a favour ! He screamed & said to us “ THE BUS LEFT AT 6pm & YOU ARE LATE” when my spouse asked that the ticket said 6:30pm , he said “ I’m working with this company for many years & I know it all “ after that he stomped off rudely . We missed the experience for no fault of ours & demand a refund . We have used bus tours in other countries & never experienced such issues. Not recommending this activity to other families .
