A great experience! - I really can highly recommand a tour with the BigBus Company in the UAE! It was a great expirience and exactly what I needed and was looking for as a Solo traveller! I bought a ticket for 5 days in Dubai (Explorer ticket) wich included several tickets like for the Aquarium at the Atlantis Hotel or a sunset trip to go to the desert. I also did a trip to Abu Dhabi including the entrance fee to see the Grand Mosque (awesome!) and further a stay of 4 hours including a city Hop on/off tour with a duration of almost 2 hours. The whole staff situated on every stop was incredebly helpful, kind, nice, patient (I would like to mention Justice as an example...) and also the bus drivers were values. So long story short - a great way to discover the city/region over the distances! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Big City Pass - This is the best service I have ever seen for enjoying a tour across the City. I had opted for the top most package and found it value for money and it included almost the whole of Dubai in it. I would like to personally thank Mr. Sunil Thapa from Big Bus tours to make me come through this amazing plan and his continued support until we finished our tour. Amazing service I would recommend to everyone I know who is planning to tour across Dubai.

must do in dubai - i always go on this bus,no matter how many times i travel to dubai. i can hop on and hop off anytime and i can see the sights really well. highly recommended

Best, quick overview Dubai and Abu-Dhabi. - Although it seemed somewhat pricy (€140 per person for 1 day Dubai plus 1 day Abu-Dhabi) it really is worth every penny. We visited both cities for the first time, this was the best way to view as much as possible.

Abu Dhabi city tour - The open bus tour is ok only during Mid November to March. It is not so pleasant experience due to soaring temperatures & humidity.

BIG fraud .... dont use !!!! - I have just been fooled BIG Time by this company. I was convinced by their seller to buy the 7 day pass at 599 Dirham because the had a free shuttle service to and from Abu Dhabi. Reality is that we were dropped off at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. At the arrival, after 2 hours of bus ride with no information at all, we were informed the this stop was only a drop of not a hop on stop. And that the return bus was departing from Marina Mall. How to get there was our problem. After discussing lengthy with the Big Bus representative she refused to solve the problem. I could either pay 2 x 210 Dirham for a 1 day Big Bus Abu Dhabi ticket (already holding a valid ticket for Dubai) or take a taxi to The Marina Mall some 30 km away. This is a major fraud and the most unprofessional behavior in any tourist company I have experienced lately
