Singapore at a Glance - This was a great way to see so much of Singapore and to get to know your way around. Use this bus to decide on the attractions you really want to do. It is safe and convenient, and the drivers are nice.

Rude driver - Singapore red line drive and driver was good .we did yellow line also finished 2nd day we enjoyed the ride then we bhai to go to Marina sands at observation deck so we asked gentle man which bus will get me to Marina sands he was polite take 56 will take you to marina sands .So asked the driver can you please let me know when we get to marina sands he didn’t respond so we went to sit but as we are new to Singapore we didn’t want pass the stop so as you can see the building was not sure right stop. We stood near the door we asked again oriental old driver kept quiet after one stop he opened the door so I asked is this the station he showed his hand to get out with very rude manner it was about 1.30 time on 8th March.We gave 5 stars but this incident was very disappointing for Singapore.

Singapore by bus - What a great way to see around Singapore, having 2 different routes to take was fantastic. We started at 10 am and took the whole day it was great so we could pick spots that we wanted to go the next few days.

Good but pick up difficult to find. - The tour was interesting and enjoyable but the main pick up point with ticket sales was very difficult to find and we met other people with the same problem.

Ok overall - The bus needs a live guide! It’s a glorified bus, the audio was more music than talking and for the price, you’re better getting public transport. The stops were in good places and the bus was frequent. I would consider doing this again.

A good overview of the city - Although this was a good opportunity to get a basic overview of the city, it was not a good way to actually experience the sites. The recorded information was hard to hear and the bus was hot. The driver was always in a big hurry to move on. The Viator tickets systems worked fine for us but it was frustrating to not have our tickets until 3 days before our tour, meaning we had to find a printer while traveling.

The Pits - I did the yellow line in the morning which was fine although I couldn’t get the air phones to work. But the driver did tell us where we were at each stop Sadly the red line was the pits in the afternoon. I gave up on the air phones. Unless following the map closely you didn’t know where you were. Twice the driver didn’t stop to pick up passengers! I wanted to get off at stop 12 so asked the driver if he could let me know when we were there. He rolled his eyes and drove off before I could get back to my seat. He did stop at the stop and announced it on the speaker so it was working! I took a photo of the bus which will hopefully attach in case the company would like to follow up. Taken at 2.23 pm yesterday
