An Absolute MUST! - This was a great way to explore Paris. There are many busses so you never wait long at a stop. The river cruise was the highlight!

Glad I booked it1 - Was nervous about the experience since I had read some bad reviews but over all it was a good experience. There was some stops they didn't make or had to take alternative routes because of the Olympics construction. If a bus was full there was usually one right afterwards. I enjoyed having the earbuds that they give you so you can listen and hear more information on the site we were passing by. Saw parts of Paris I wouldn't have otherwise seen if I had taken the metro to.

Love the hop on hop off experience! - We had gotten the 24 hour bus pass and used it over two days. We always love getting a hop on hop off experience when we have limited time in a city so that we can take full advantage of learning as much as we can. This company provided earbuds for everyone and had recorded narration in multiple languages so you could choose your language of choice. The stops were plentiful, the timing was good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Bug Bus - Seeing the sites. Very Poor audio. Driver did not speak English. Need more lines please to cover Sacre Coeur Montmatre. Etc.

Frustrated - We purchased a hop on hop off and a river boat cruise. Bus driver never gave us the river boat tickets. The QR code should inform the bus driver to print the tickets for river cruise

Slow tour - First bus was hit so we had to transfer to a different bus. Second bus was very old. Back door wouldn’t shut.

Big bus inferno - De 3 ônibus que pegamos só um tinha o ar-condicionado ligado, num calor parisiense de 29 graus. Voltamos de metrô com muito mais conforto. Pessimo custo x benefício para um passeio de 50 euros. Não caia nessa cilada.

Worst experience ever - don't bother. - Worst hop on hop off bus experience ever!! Yes there were road closures due to Olympic preparation and US President Biden visiting but that doesn't exlplain why the bus randomly stopped at places (not hop on/off nor regular bus stops) for up to 20 mins at a time then move 700 metres and stop again. then get to a stop part way around the circuit and say we all need to get off!! The non English speaking driver was no help, only telling us it was the end and to get off. We thought the bus was broken but we were passed by at least 4 other of their buses, none who stopped to see why we were stopped on the side of the road. After numerous unexplained stops, the driver stopped the bus and told everyone to get off. When we were made get off we had no map and no idea where we were. It turned out we were about an hours walk from our hotel and had to ask directions from nearby Guardia and hope for the best. We tried this bus again hoping it was just that driver/day but no it was just as bad with us being told to get off and walk because the street was closed ahead of us. The bus detoured but we couldn't stay on it while it took the detour! Both days the commentary was about the Olympics and various sports and what the narrator would do if they played sport. We learnt nothing about Paris, the buildings and the places we passed. We paid to include a river cruise then found it left from a place we needed to get their bus to, not the poplar place all the others left from so we paid again and did a river cruise with another company. We were concerned about the unreliability of the company and didn't want to be kicked off somewhere random again. We have used hop on/off buses in a lot of other cities and this was by far our worst experience. I will never use nor recommend this company again.

Horrible Experience - Too hot! The high in Paris was only 81 degrees Fahrenheit and the bus was unbearable!!!! I can’t imagine what it’s like during July & August without air conditioning. It was terrible!!!!

Terrible bus tour don’t book - Worst bus tour I have ever went on. I accept that the traffic and diversions Is not the company’s fault but the alternative routes mean you cannot plan where you are going. They do not communicate where to get on or off the bus leaving us running for a bus that had stopped. Was advised they finished at 8 pm but then other information was it finished earlier approx 530 pm be helpful if all staff were versed on same info. Advertised Wi-Fi we had a 2 day pass and not once did I have Wi-Fi. I asked person that works there and response was someone else complained. I would recommend the toot buses routes seems much more varied bigger buses and generally look better . Do not book the red bus.
