Family of 3 trip - This bus was amazing. It gave us access to some of the most popular attractions Paris has to offer. It was easy to use and we were able to move easily around the city. Highly recommend!

Slow tour - First bus was hit so we had to transfer to a different bus. Second bus was very old. Back door wouldn’t shut.

Big bus tour was good when bus arrived - The tour it’s self was great but none of the blue buses arrived for at least 40 minutes. It didn’t seem very organised at all. When we got on the bus it seemed a bit better but the wait was terrible.

Okay Orientation Tour - Good overview for first time visitors. The tour has a limited number of stops and are spread apart. Only recommend the one day pass. Audio reception was spotty. Friendly staff.

Bad experience - Problems with WiFi, not all buses have very old, damaged transports and one stayed in the middle of the route, we changed buses

Ok - Tour was ok. Time between buses is more like 30-40 minutes rather than the 7 - 15 as advertised. There is no free wifi despite this being advised so make sure you have some data. Bus stops are a long way apart so you need to walk a distance at times to see things. More information about sights would be good as you are stuck in traffic a lot. There is a lot to see and some commentary about what you are seeing would be better.

So so experience but useful to get around the city. - The river Seine caused a problem 2 days running. We were unable to do the cruises. Very disappointed.

Terrible service - We had a problem with the ticket, we went to the company's central office to try to resolve it. A very rude lady did not answer and refused to try to help. All the services I received in Paris were a 10. This lady's was a zero. How can someone hire someone so unprepared? The worst, another employee said in Spanish that there was no way to resolve it, we understood what he said, we told him and he stopped talking. Terrible service from this company
