Operating Schedule: Departures every 30 minutes from Stop 1 - Bayside Marketplace starting at 9.30am until 5pm. Alternatively, guests can board the bus at any of the 8 stops along the route.

Great way to see Miami! - Buses run at regular intervals as stated and the recording is well timed and an easy way to learn about Miami. If you want to do the full loop, allow plenty of time for traffic. Unfortunately we had an early evening flight out and couldn’t finish (our fault for spending too much time hopped off!).

Really great way to see Miami! - Used the Big Bus to get around Miami and is a really nice way to see the city! Much better on the open top bus than sat in traffic in a cab. We got off at Wynwood and Little Havana, and we did the boat trip too. Just watch out for the bus terminating on the last run of the day, we wrongly assumed it would go all the way back to South Beach and it didn't. That was our mistake though. Buses are clean, audio guide is good, and the app is great for showing you where to be and when the next bus is coming!

Low expectations from big bus - We couldn't hop on off. Plus we couldn't find help to complete boat cruise. We used bus customer service which didn't help

Good Value - but nothing great to see much of a two hour trip - Nothing to do with Big Bus, more Miami and the lack of things of real interest / time spent getting there. I would rather have paid the same price for quicker / more regular acces to say Havana / Baysude up to Collins Ave etc.

Its not hop on hop off.... - Its not hop on hop off. That should have been clearly mentioned in the booking site but it was not. Wont recommend this to someone looking for hop on hop off tours.

We would NOT recommend this tour! - Speaking for my husband and myself, we would NEVER recommend this tour to others, based on the following: we hopped on at Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace), hopped off at Stop #2 (South Beach), and then tried to hop back on at Stop #3 (Soundscape Garden). The bus that soon arrived there was so full that we were not able to board, and had to wait for the next one (estimated by the employee at the stop to be "about 15 mins). In actuality, we waited in the heat for approx. 1 hour and 15 mins for the next bus, all the while having absolutely NO communication from the employee on-site as to when the next bus might arrive. We were told that "not all buses have GPS," so we were not even able to guess at the arrival time of the next bus ourselves. When the next bus DID arrive, it seemed to have no air conditioning running at all. Because we did not dare get off the bus again based on what had happened at Stop #3, we just sat on the bus, in the heat, for approximately 2 hours more, in traffic, until the "tour" was (thankfully) over. Even the "audio tour" was quite unsatisfactory: it contained very little in-depth or interesting information, such that our entire time on the bus felt like pretty much of a wasted afternoon, albeit a very hot, uncomfortable, and expensive one. At approx. $50 a head, this "tour" was of virtually no value to us, and our opinion would be exactly the same, even if it were to cost $10 a head.

Dishonest tactics. - Watch out. Despite the ticket saying it is a hop on hop off, they tell you it isn’t and rip the barcode when you get to the bus. I am unable to find anywhere that tells me I paid for a once on only. Once contacted they gave a lame excuse and said it is my fault. Use someone else.

blurred bus windows with no viewing - What's the point of being on the Big Bus if you can't see out of them? These windows had a wrap over them not allowing you to see out of it. Since there was a storm with rain and wind, the top of the bus was NOT an option. Why would they wrap these bus windows?

Never Big Bus again - The bus was hot! No air conditioning!! Not hop on hop off! Not a guided tour. Not happy. The boat ride was ok. At least the boat had air.
