Great - Regular service, not too overcrowded, good route for seeing the main sites. Stopped at Little Havana and Wynwood Heights were great

Great way to see Miami! - Buses run at regular intervals as stated and the recording is well timed and an easy way to learn about Miami. If you want to do the full loop, allow plenty of time for traffic. Unfortunately we had an early evening flight out and couldn’t finish (our fault for spending too much time hopped off!).

The tour was interesting.... - The tour was interesting. The narrative was informative and fun. The only problem we encountered was the bus being 30 minutes late at one of the stops.

Ok trip for money - South beach & Little Havana were the nicest part of trip. Bus ride was okay. Would have liked more commentary with explanations of what we were seeing, history etc

Things to do to discover the city - The team was welcoming. We boarded the bus. There is free wifi inside the bus, and so you had to scan a QR code in order to access the audio guide, which was not specified in the offer. Positive point: the audio is well done and is triggered according to the progress of the bottom. The bus is correct, and the bus rotation works well (waiting time approximately 20 minutes between each bus). Negative point: You must specify to come with your personal headphones, because they are not systematically offered. We made a complete tour then during our second tour, we stopped at Cerro Cristobal to take the cable car. Finally, at the cerro, we went back down by the funicular which takes us to the barrio bellavista. Here we waited for another bus to continue the visit. Finally, a good day out to get an idea of the city from east to west.

Its not hop on hop off.... - Its not hop on hop off. That should have been clearly mentioned in the booking site but it was not. Wont recommend this to someone looking for hop on hop off tours.

Waste of money - The bus was not even close to on schedule. Showed up at our stop 10min before and left long before it's scheduled time. We would have missed it if we went by the schedule. The top was full and the AC inside the lower level was non existent and it was miserable hot inside. This was just April. I'd hate to see it in July! The driver completely skipped the Wynwood Walls stop where we were going to get off and when I went to ask him about it discovered he didn't speak any English. We took Uber and Lyft the rest of the day. The bus was a wasted $100.

Thank you for ruining my husband's birthday. Thanks for ruining my husband's birthday. - "My husband and I decided to take a Big Bus tour of Miami to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to an issue with their wheelchair accessibility policy. My husband has a back problem and uses a small mobility scooter to get around, as he cannot walk long distances. The scooter is compact, around the size of a regular wheelchair, and we have never had issues bringing it on cruise ships, airplanes, or other transportation. Big Bus Miami's website states they can accommodate wheelchairs. However, when we tried to board the bus, the driver refused to let my husband on with his mobility scooter. Despite the scooter's small size, they said they only allow certain types of wheelchairs. As a result, we were unable to take the tour. This was very upsetting, as it felt discriminatory to deny my husband access due to his disability assistive device. It ruined our plans for his birthday celebration. I hope in the future Big Bus will be more accommodating of mobility scooters so those with disabilities can fully participate." We would NOT recommend this tour! - Speaking for my husband and myself, we would NEVER recommend this tour to others, based on the following: we hopped on at Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace), hopped off at Stop #2 (South Beach), and then tried to hop back on at Stop #3 (Soundscape Garden). The bus that soon arrived there was so full that we were not able to board, and had to wait for the next one (estimated by the employee at the stop to be "about 15 mins). In actuality, we waited in the heat for approx. 1 hour and 15 mins for the next bus, all the while having absolutely NO communication from the employee on-site as to when the next bus might arrive. We were told that "not all buses have GPS," so we were not even able to guess at the arrival time of the next bus ourselves. When the next bus DID arrive, it seemed to have no air conditioning running at all. Because we did not dare get off the bus again based on what had happened at Stop #3, we just sat on the bus, in the heat, for approximately 2 hours more, in traffic, until the "tour" was (thankfully) over. Even the "audio tour" was quite unsatisfactory: it contained very little in-depth or interesting information, such that our entire time on the bus felt like pretty much of a wasted afternoon, albeit a very hot, uncomfortable, and expensive one. At approx. $50 a head, this "tour" was of virtually no value to us, and our opinion would be exactly the same, even if it were to cost $10 a head.

Dishonest tactics. - Watch out. Despite the ticket saying it is a hop on hop off, they tell you it isn’t and rip the barcode when you get to the bus. I am unable to find anywhere that tells me I paid for a once on only. Once contacted they gave a lame excuse and said it is my fault. Use someone else.
