Madrid HopOn HopOff with Live Guide. - We booked this Tour at the main office at 7 C. de San Bernardo. Sam, the young man at the desk was extremely helpful and patience with us helped by his excellent English. We chose the 24hr Hop On Hop Off with live Guide which was a great extra as we’d heard that The audio guides with other tours are not always working. Plus she had a great sense of humour as well as being well informed about all the monuments. We did one round without getting off so as to know what we wanted to see then reused fir the rest of the day. Sam also explained the pros and cons of other tours they offer to Toledo and other towns which have yet to book. Great service and excellent prices.

Highly recommended tour! - The hop-on-hop-off tour was fantastic! It made exploring the city easy and fun. We loved being able to get off at different stops to see the sights up close, and our tour guide, Mia, made the tour fun and had amazing fun facts about the city of Madrid. Plus, the transportation was comfortable and reliable. It's a great choice for anyone who wants to see the city at their own pace. Highly recommended!

Jeison and Nina are such a great team!! thanks a lot - one of the best city tour we’ve ever done, Nina (the guide) and Jeison (the driver) were incredibly kind and helpful at all times and they are people who enjoy their job and you can feel that. we learnt a lot of a interesting facts about the city and enjoy every single minute on it.

Good route - Takes a good tour of the city and shows you the main sights which is what it’s for and therefore gets 4 stars however, was really busy and the bus had a closed top even though it wasn’t raining meaning you couldn’t see the sights well unless they were on your side, and some people got left at the bus stop or had to sit on lower deck where you really couldn’t see much , we luckily got seats upstairs but didn’t end up getting off in case we couldn’t get a seat again, in hindsight should have got single instead of extra for hop on and off

Not recommended - The sound system worked erratically and even when it did work we could barely make up what the guide was saying as she kept switching from Spanish to English every sentence, and English was far from great. Buses are rare (30m) and stops not inspiring. Better get one of the other hop-on hop-offs offered.

Waste of time/money - Honestly don’t wast your money. It’s not open top. You can’t hear a word the guide says. They are not frequent enough. Far too expensive for the quality.
