Bhaktapur Durbar Square, situated in front of the ancient royal palace of the Bhaktapur Kingdom, is one of the three Durbar Squares located in Nepal’s Kathmandu Valley, all recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This complex, whilst being divided into four unique squares (Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square, and Pottery Square), is commonly referred to as the Bhakapur Durbar Square and ranks amongst the frequently visited destinations in Kathmandu Valley.
