Beautiful - The views were incredible, Bursa is beautiful, we had the cable car ride, we had dinner on the ferry. We had lunch at a restaurant located on the mountain.

Bursa and Uludag Tour - Beyond amazing! The views were amazing, the historical sights were fantastic and Osman our tour guide was knowledgeable, witty and he made the tour memorable. I highly recommend this tour.

OK trip - Overall trip was good but we stopped at a marketplace that was not relevant to the city and basically its a shop that the agency take commissions from… next time please stop at a authentic bazaar of Bursa. Also, mention in your program what we have to pay for because a lot of us were taken by surprise when there was a cable ride that we had to pay for

Bursa tour - It was very cold on top of the mountains but no scenery to see. It was just the lift that made it exciting In Bursa city, there were only few silk stores that are open. All souvenirs sold at those stores can be found at Grand Bazaar in Istanbul. They brought us to Turkey Delight stores. Again, these stores can be found in Istanbul. They brought us to a giant 650 yr old tree. Not too impressive because one has to go up the hill. I cannot recommend the Bursa tour.

demand a tour that sticks to published schedule and stopping points. - Could have been nice - unscheduled stops at 3 places to sell sell sell. None of group of 9 bought. 1.5 hours wasted. Stops at the places scheduled for stope ere less the 15 minutes.

Bursa trip feedback - We went on a Bursa day trip with this company on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Overall, I wouldn't say it was the best tour I've ever been on. The positives were that the price was very affordable and included pick-up, drop-off, all transportation, lunch with a soft drink, cable car, and a guide. This made the trip easy for us as everything was provided, and we didn't need to navigate or research. However, it's important to note that there were many optional activities and shopping opportunities (such as Turkish delight and jam shops) that required extra payment. Many of these options require cash, so it's essential to bring some with you. For example, they charged TRY 200 for using cards for payment for Quad bike photos. On the downside, the time organisation could have been better. The trip lasted about 13 hours (we were picked up around 8:45 am and dropped off around 10:40 pm), and lunch was quite late, around 4 pm, leaving us very hungry. Additionally, there was no time allocated for dinner. An area for improvement could be the selection of destinations. One of the options was a chairlift, which seemed unnecessary in spring when the weather wasn't suitable for skiing. They could consider removing or changing this stop based on the season. The last stop was a silk market and an Ottoman house. However, they weren't famous or UNESCO-registered as advertised. Instead, they were simply named shops. We had hoped to see these famous attractions in Bursa, but we were disappointed. The tour description was misleading, and phrases like 'the formal Ottoman capital' and 'take a walk through the Old Silk Market' need to be changed to accurately reflect the experience.

SCAM Do not go by the description! - This tour is a SCAM and not the one advertised. Rather than featuring the city of Bursa it was an afterthought bolted on after the tour took you to loads of places in an attempt to get you to part with your money! In a long day of around 13 hours, only an hour or so was around the advertised attractions! I raised with guide/tour company and Viator and they seem to ignore the challenge!

AVOID IT! Badly organized tour, not at all as described on their website - The worst tour I’ve joined. and I have joined many. First of all, it was badly organized. We spent 2 hours in the van just to pick up people in Istanbul. We didn’t take the ferry to Bursa, only by the mini van. We took the ferry in the evening when it was all dark and we couldn’t see anything of the sea. Going up to the mountain was with a ski lift (open) not a funicular (closed) like in the photos on the website. We were all freezing. No possibility for mountain safari as written. Also we didn’t have lunch until 4pm!!! This is totally unacceptable! I was most disappointed that we only had 40 minutes to see Bursa and we had to rush. This tour was more a shopping trip than a sightseeing tour. We were forced to spend most of our time in 3 shops. I wrote them about the issues, and they ignored my message.
