Lovely and informative tour of the Bosphorus - All the details were very helpful from making the reservation online at Viator, to the meeting point and the point of contact, to communication with the team through WhatsApp, and finally the informative and lovely tour with Alpy, Captain and crew. We paid a little extra for the one glass of wine, but Alpy was incredibly generous by always offering more. There was more snacks and more wine, it seemed. Alpy also provided an abundance of information on the rich and meaningful history of the architecture and geography of Istanbul. It’s an interesting perspective of the city when you’re on the3 waterway. He also was very charming, trying to engage those on shore - quite entertaining; it takes a lot to remember and share so much detailed information and perform while being personable. He did it all very well. I’m usually a seasick person, so I stayed in one spot, front middle of the boat behind the captain so that I could have a view of the horizon and the land. I was totally fine. Not an issue at all.

Great experience, not expensive, insightful - I can assess our experience with this boat team as very satisfying. The pickup point was exactly where it was specified in the WhatsApp chat shared by the crew. At first we were a little bit unsure if this was the exact pickup point because no other no boats were near the shore but eventually it was as specified. Unfortunately the weather was not perfect that evening and it was fairly cloudy with no sun, quite windy but thanks to the boat cover we managed to see all the sightseeings that were in the description. Given the circumstances it was pretty pretty nice experience. The guide - Mert - was very pleasant, informative. Since he comes from Istanbul and has spent a lot of time I travelling himself, it was quite insightful as well. I definitely recommend the tour and I hope that I will be able to join the the boat team again when the weather will be more pleasant :).
