A truly special place - Indeed a special place, about an hour from Bucharest we discovered a quiet place with an impressive history. We are talking about a boyar manor that is about 100 years old that has been transformed into a gorgeous restaurant. The sommelier told us a lot about how wine is produced at casa Timiș wine cellar. I liked it very much and I would like to come back.

Lovely day in the sun exploring the wine area - Leisurely day with some fantastic wine tasting at Budereasca wine vineyard. Couple of quaint museums too. Driver Gabriel 'El Gabitan' helpful and keen to share his knowledge. Recommended.
