If you want to visit Ecuador - travel with Cuenca Bestours - Travelling with Cuenca Bestours was phantastic! Javier organized our trip even twice, because we had to change the route - and it became even better. Louis G. was a perfect guide: he cared for us like a father, travelled with us like a friend, was a safe driver, had a lot of ideas and took care of ours and he could answer every question we asked him. Travelling with Louis and Cuenca Bestours we learned to love Ecuador! And had a lot of fun! Thank you, guys!!!

Quito to Cuenca 6-day tour - We did the 6-day tour starting in Quito, visiting Cotopaxi, Quilatoa Lake, Banos, the Waterfalls, Chimborazo, and Cuenca. The tour was great with excellent guides, and perfect beginning and ending times for each day, The hotels were excellent overall, but the Tryp by Wyndham in Cuenca was next to a discotech which was thumping late into the night. I highly recommend this tour company, providing excellent service for the value and top-notch guides,

Best Tours and People in Cuenca! - We visited Cuenca in November and booked the tour to go to the Devil’s nose and Ingapirca. Unfortunately, the train wasn’t working until December. Javier was very prompt in contacting us with an alternative to go to Devil’s nose lookout, then mountain bike down and hike up. He was also flexible to change the days because of Ingapirca being only opened on the weekends. Javier was our driver and Wilson was out tour guide, with another tour guide Silvia joining us. The van was very comfortable for the long ride. Wilson was very knowledgeable about Ingapirca and Ecuador in general. Javier was always in contact with me to suggest what else we can do in Cuenca (outside of their tours). And as much as we were hesitant about mountain biking (my first time), it was very safe and fun...we ended up piling in a small truck to go up instead of a hike. It was a fun and adventurous day - really felt like we were just hanging out with a group of friends. I look forward to going back to Cuenca one day!

Excellent Tour and Service! - We did the Devil's Nose Train and Ingapirca Tour with Javier. We knew the buses were a cheaper way to do this but we needed to do a private tour since our time was limited in Cuenca. We viewed it as a way to maximize our time. In the end, we were extremely happy we spent the extra money and felt like we got more than our money's worth. Javier was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We would recommend him and this tour to anyone.
