7 days Kerala Trip with family - We booked NeoMart Taxi for our 7 days Kerala trip with family by checking google reviews . It came out to be a very wise and good decision . Our experience in short is as below 1. We got the driver detail one week in advance for confirmation of our plan. 2. Driver : Our driver Mr Abhilash R Pillai was well educated and very polite . He was very helpful in guiding our tour covering Kochi , Munnar, Tekedy, Allepy , Kovalam , Trivandrum and Kanyakumari . He ensured that no important place is missed including shopping , massage and cultural event in Tekeddy . He was very punctual and jolly . 3. Quality of service was excellent and hassle free . Vehicle condition was excellent as promised . The driver picked up and dropped at the airport as per plan . We would strongly recommend NeoMart service for excellent and hassle free Kerala trip with family .

Our experience with the driver provided by the company in Kochi was very disappointing. - Our experience with the driver provided by the company in Kochi was very disappointing. The driver was quite elderly and extremely slow in navigation. He did not know how to properly use Google Maps — he only listened to the voice instructions without checking the map. Because of this, he missed roads many times during our trip. Over the 8-day journey, he unnecessarily added around 120–150 km just from wrong turns. Initially, he agreed that the extra kilometers caused by missed roads would be deducted. However, on the last day when we were about to make payment, he suddenly changed his statement and claimed he never missed any roads. Another issue was that he frequently ran out of internet data and had to use our mobile hotspot. At times we even had to navigate for him ourselves. There was also a language barrier. He did not understand Tamil, yet he was assigned to drive us in Tamil Nadu as well. This made communication very difficult throughout the trip. When it came to food stops, he never recommended any decent restaurants. Whenever we asked for lunch stops, he would simply stop at random roadside shops which were dusty and unhygienic. Eventually we had to search for restaurants ourselves. One night we asked him to help us go to a nearby pharmacy, but he refused and told us to take an auto instead. Since it was late, we had to walk to the pharmacy ourselves. For an 8-day / 7-night trip we paid ₹40,095, and honestly the service did not reflect the price we paid. For that amount, we expected a driver who could navigate properly, communicate better, and provide basic travel assistance. Overall, the driver (Muhammad) may be suitable for short local trips within Kochi, but we would not recommend him for long trips or travel outside Kochi. The company should reconsider assigning drivers who are better prepared for longer journeys.
